Apparently, it's impossible that the key they gave me was defective. Because in this store, defects simply don't exist. What says the most about this business is how they respond to other 1-star reviews: arrogant, defensive, and unprofessional. Instead of solving problems, they blame the customer or come up with weak excuses. I fully expect the same kind of response. Apparently, products here can be poor quality, as long as you pay and then keep your mouth shut. My advice: stay far away from this shop. Only buy here if you're absolutely sure you'll never need service or fairness.

I passed by this place today and was immediately drawn to the cute tote bags. This is a very artsy shop. It's very clean and white and the products are nicely presented, almost like a gallery. This shop reminded me very much of the website Etsy.com They sell bags, jewellery, art prints, postcards and more. A cute little shop with cute stuff but I do think most of the stuff is a bit pricey.
