      Untrustworthy. I am not a lock expert so I called Van Delft…read more I asked for my entire door lock to be fixed, but the locksmith only changed the door handles. After he left I saw that lock was still useless (the door could be opened easily by pushing it) and that the new door handles were even still a bit loose (not tight against the door). The locksmith should have better examined and told me that I needed to change not just the door handles but also the lock. Now, they will not accept to fix this poor job without making me as a client pay twice for the work like an idiot.

      We had a really pleasant experience with this company. I originally contacted them for another…read moreplace but as it wasn't suited they helped me and my friend get another place. They were very helpful along the way, and the contact with Debby (the agent) was great at all times! Once we got our keys they were very professional in helping us with whatever. Still today we can contact them at any time, and they always reply the same day! Great service and super happy with our home! Thank you!

We were travelling in our motorhome and the remote on my key broke and the actual key to the vehicle has never opened the front doors. To get in we had to use the boot door and climb the back area over the bed! Not great unless you are a mountaineer! The shop were incredibly helpful and fixed the key at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

      Two weeks ago, I had a chip key made here for my motor scooter (cost: €81.50). Yesterday, on my way…read morehome from work, the chip part of the key fell out unnoticed - along with my keychain and the key to my lock. Unfortunately, I only realized this once I arrived at my house. After grabbing my spare key, I went back to the shop hoping for a solution. But they offered absolutely nothing. No understanding, no help, no service. According to them: "Once it's out the door, it's your problem." I was also told that "this can't happen" and that they've "never seen this in 15 years." Apparently, it's impossible that the key they gave me was defective. Because in this store, defects simply don't exist. What says the most about this business is how they respond to other 1-star reviews: arrogant, defensive, and unprofessional. Instead of solving problems, they blame the customer or come up with weak excuses. I fully expect the same kind of response. Apparently, products here can be poor quality, as long as you pay and then keep your mouth shut. My advice: stay far away from this shop. Only buy here if you're absolutely sure you'll never need service or fairness.
