It might not be a prophetic catch phrase, but I never expected a ramen joint like this during my travels to Dublin. The dense menu of ramens galore nearly suffocated my appetite because they all sounded magnificent. The cons in service were entirely made up for when these deluxe bowls of ramen landed on our table. The size gargantuan, the aroma intoxicating, and satisfaction guaranteed. Garlic Lovers Ramen - It starts with Tonkotsu AND Miso broth, which was redonkulous. Then the fried onion, grated garlic and black garlic oil elevated the bowl into one of the most intense ramen flavors I've had. The grilled chicken was odd, as expected, it just dried out too quickly. The Seasoned Egg (phenomenal!) tied the entire dish together. The Garlic Lovers Ramen from Kokoro officially landed a certified place in my ramen hall of fame. #BeastFromTheEast may have hindered our Dublin trip, but Kokoro warmed our souls during our final night. I can run in and grab a tray to have at my desk. They have great value trays and lots of little individually wrapped sushi pieces if you're feeling extra hungry. I had chicken katsu curry which was delish and great value at €9 for the curry, two pieces of sushi and a can. The staff are absolutely adorable - super friendly and enthusiastic and the restaurant itself is really bright and fresh - I will be a regular here without question
