The great: The medical assistants/tech staff are fantastic, some of the best I've experienced. The good: If you have a minor ailment, cold, flu, rash, vitamin/mineral deficiency, need specifically a naturopath for preferencial reasons, need very extensive testing done or to stock up on your favorite supplements this is a great place to visit. The eh: High, high turn over of intake/desk employees and very poor training provided to them. The bad: Every appointment I had over one year started late, between 1 and almost 4 hours with Dr. Taz. Each appointment was typically started by someone else after the tech team did their rounds. When Dr. Taz did arrive she was distracted and would rush through the appointment. During my year of "care" we paid over 7k for tests, blood, urine, stool and breath tests, as well as, supplements. My health deteriorated while in the care of this office which ultimately brought me to the ER and ICU where all of my issues were not only addressed but resolved. MAGIC. I should say thank you that my care here landed me in an ambulance, ER, ICU and hospital. Piedmont fixed what other doctors could not from 2015 to 2019. Your mileage may vary. It's hit and miss with any doctor and if you will receive care that is life saving or changing for you. You can only try an office and make up your own mind. read more

Love this place ! I have issues with blood tests , I hate needles so much . When I come here to get blood drawn :it's a breeze , it never hurts , the technicians are the best ! Trust me , im the kind that will run and people chased me to get me . All the personnel at this place always have a smile on their faces , making it a pleaser visit to the Dr. I see Rosi and she is the best ! She was able to find what was wrong with me and helped me to get back on track . They also have available the best supplements , medicines out there . The labs that they work with are top notch . I went seeking medical care approach more complete than traditional. I spent over $5,000.00. At the first meeting she was 45 min late but threaten you if you are 10 min late. I purchased all their recommended products and feel worse every day. They want more money to address what they told me to buy and eat. Now office hours not reliable at Johns Creek caused me to go 3 different times to pick up supplements their office staff left out of my bag in Brook haven. Now I need a call in treatment for UTI and they are requiring another fee office visit. Traditional medicine is lacking but this is just a con to sell supplements. read more

I love the integrated medicine concept and I don't mind paying out of pocket for the services. I do mind paying for bad customer service though. Over the last three years I've seen 2 nurse practitioners and an acupuncturist at Centrespring. I have complete confidence in their knowledge/ skills and each of them were pleasant and respectful. Unfortunately, the office processes and staff have not been as professional. I was charged for an appointment that didn't happen and had to escalate my requests for a refund to management after several frustrating calls/ emails. Several times I've had to chase the staff for followup lab results weeks after they have been reported. I expect this type of customer service from a budget retailer but not when I am paying a premium for health services. This place has so much potential- if they paid more attention to the patient experience it could be great. read more

The physicians and physicians assistants are kind and thorough, they show great interest in helping to reach optimal heath goals. My PA is Rosie, she spent plenty of time with me and listened and asked great questions. She directed me to treatments specific to my physical testing, bloodwork and goals. It felt very streamline both physically and financially. The front desk directed me to the physician they thought would be best for me based on questions they asked during initial scheduling. Was a patient of a doctor whose practice was folded into CentreSpring. While I liked my previous doctor, the transition to CentreSpring was rocky. Allegedly a VIP practice -- all cash pay, no insurance accepted. My few interactions with them weren't great and I went back to my GP. You can and should do better! A great supplement to regular medical care since you get more than 20 minutes with your physician. They work in an area that regular medical care does not address and work with you through the process. However, the front desk staff and appointment scheduling is not great. For example, they want you to come in every 3-6 months but then your provider does not have anything open. This has been a fairly consistent issue. There is also an issue with circling back with a client by the nurse or office staff. The provider may be great, but communication between staff and you and between the staff is not. read more

This review is for the Spa. I had a great experience here. Had 3 facials ( they give you a discount if you buy a pack) - they have the cheapest HydraFacial in town - I chose the Core option. They use the same machine and everything, but it's pretty much half the price than other spas or salons that I have researched. The esthetician used Eminence Organics on my face and I really appreciate her telling me what products she's applying and describing them. It's a really good organic line of cosmetics, so I was happy. My face felt amazing for a long time after the treatment. I felt like I got great quality and value here. read more

I participated in a trial at Centre Spring, and since then I have received several bills from Lab Corp for services that were part of the trial, for which I was never supposed to be charged. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times, and they finally told me they would "look into it". I have had to spend way too much time dealing with this error and it is still not resolved. I am receiving past due notices for services that I was not supposed to be billed for in the first place. I am very disappointed with the level of service which at this point in non existent. read more

I was hoping to walk out with a detailed explanation and game plan for my treatment especially after spending over $2k on my first visit. I was sorely disappointed to say the least. First, the wait time was inexcusable. I waited 2 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes, twice! Secondly, I had to wait 6 weeks to get any blood work back to even determine what the cause of my illness was. Thirdly, I have spent over 5k there and my health issues have remained the same and I have actually walked out of there more confused than I was to begin with. The only difference now is that my bank account is $5,000 less and my health issues have yet to be resolved. Bottom line, you can go and see another holistic doctor for a lot less money and one that will spend more time with you. For this kind of money I should have received a piece of gold. read more

The first couple of visits were fantastic. I was so excited to find a place that seemed to care about prevention rather than treating symptoms alone. I really saw a difference with my eczema the first year. However, it seems that the practice has grown tremendously. It doesn't feel quite the same. Consultations seem more rushed and waiting times are crazy (more on that below). That being said, it's hard to leave given that most holistic practices require a lot of tests and a lot of money for the initial visit. I feel like I've invested a lot here already and a part of me really likes going to ACHIM - despite the changes. Overall, the staff as a whole is wonderful and it's always worth getting tests done to see my progress. On my first visit about a year ago, I was able to see Dr. Taz (awesome). These days, it's pretty hard to have a consultation with her. I've seen Dr. Grossman - really nice, but she didn't seem confident in providing alternatives for my symptoms (I was pregnant at the time so that always makes it difficult to prescribe things). I've also met with Dr. Zac. He was very quiet and to the point. My consultation seemed a little rushed, however he was able to come up with a new plan of action which did help my eczema outbreak a little bit. Expect to wait around 35-45 minutes before seeing your doctor. There have been a couple of times where my consultation lasted around 3 hours - most of that time was spent waiting in the consultation room. read more
