Memorial choices aren't something anyone ever wants to face. Holian exceeded my families expectations with both professionalism and diligence. They walked us through the process which was very considerate. We previously visited another local business and was given incorrect information that could have easily resulted in a very costly outcome. When I brought this to their attention, they were very rude. At Holian, all information was correct and immediate. Again, professional. I am very picky and I requested many alterations to the design prior to approval. I thank Holian for their patience and understanding. In the end, my father's memorial was completed by Memorial Day as promised and looks respectful and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with this business and their services. All questions were answered and explained. My calls were always taken or returned in a timely manner. My advice to anyone thinking of visiting a memorial business would be to be sure the designs you wish to be engraved or etched are available and possible based on the designer used by the monument business. Also pay close attention to the size of certain engravings. There are parameters involved in the design that cannot be adjusted at times. Also, visit the section at the cemetery and take pictures of other stones to aid in your decision to best suits your needs. For us it was important to add uniformity to our father's stone, while still maintaining unique/significant qualities. Holian provided our family with a warm and professional experience.
