Was a unique situation since we were moving and would have Delmar coming in after we were out of town. He went above and beyond, taking a look at the baseboards and touching up the areas that I hadn't marked when we moved out. Delmar was flexible. It wasn't a normal job since we were out of town. He was comfortable with the arrangement and called or texted with questions since we were out of town getting set up in our new home. Delmar is trustworthy. He let me know of an issue at the end of the day. The paint color was the wrong sheen and he discovered it at 10:00PM. I'm sure some people may have called it good enough and wrapped up. Delmar did not. He called me to tell me what was wrong, went back to the paint store in the morning, and finished up the following day. Again, I wasn't there and wasn't going to be checking the work. He knew that. He could have left well-enough alone. He did the job right!
