Once again today,…read moreafter many similar experiences prior, twice my transaction did not go through (in other words, I was not able to use the two machines I paid for at the total amount of $25) but I was charged for it anyway. I'm giving them 2 stars because I did report the past experiences and they did eventually pay me back (several months later). HOWEVER, this time around, there were no "complaint forms" available at the facility to report a faulty machine by entering your name, machine #, time, etc.
