Only problem is many times I've stopped by and they have no hot food (or they do but say it will be at least a 5 minute wait) which is disappointing when your running late to work and want some breakfast! Cashiers for the most part are always friendly. Only ran into a few who are grumpy. Ice cream is delicious, smoothies are amazing, hot food when they have it is great for "gas station food."

I told her I don't think it's that big it doesn't say anything on the thermos. Without asking she picks up my thermos and starts inspecting it. she decided it's 64oz I didn't agree. I was charged 3.45. Went back a week later and had almost the same experience except this time she was laughing at me when again I didn't agree with her about how much I should be charged. I was very uncomfortable I was late for work and just paid the 3.45. Gas was cheaper!

I didn't go back there...until a few days ago when it was a last minute decision and the most convenient store as we were in a hurry. I went to get a fountain soda and as I was filling my cup noticed how absolutely disgusting the fountain nozzles were, covered in gunk - there was a piece of something flapping down from the one I was using, and I was afraid it was going to come loose and fall into my soda. (It didn't, but I still couldn't drink the soda - I did buy it though because the person behind the counter looked rather angry and intimidating). The whole atmosphere of this store is kind of dingy and unhappy. I would not recommend going to this store, ever.

I like the former because I can pay for gas through the BP app without whipping out my credit card. Sadly, I couldn't log in to my BP account in late September. The site was being annoying and wasn't authenticating properly. Instead, I hit this Speedway. Speedway also has an app, but you can't pay for gas on it. You can scan your app's QR code for your rewards at the pump. On the rare occasion that the QR code doesn't scan properly, you can submit your receipt on the app and it works well. I've been to this gas station a few times now. I never have an issue finding an available gas station. Filling up has always been smooth. It's also impeccably clean. This Speedway has a convenience store. I have yet to set foot in it. I was here a couple of weeks ago. It was unseasonably hot. Seeing firewood in front of me felt weird. It's perfect if you need logs for your fireplace to get some here. The location is decent. It's off Cedar Avenue, which is convenient. It's also close to where I normally stay in Bloomington, near Mall of America. It's a good gas station. (410)

In addition, one of her staff members was just as obnoxious on the phone with customers. They were understaffed and took their frustration out on every customer that called !! This is so incredibly unprofessional. We were there on a Sunday morning and waited 45 minutes for a flu shot. Don't bother with this pharmacy. There was an obvious reason why they consistently got a 1 and 2 rating throughout the years. Go to the CVS right across the street in Target or the Costco Pharmacy 3 minutes away. You will save yourself a lot of time and don't have to hear the horrendous and rude conversations from this Walgreen staff.

What makes it a winner is all of the independent business that surround the area. You can get take out ribs, Chinese or even Mic Donalds all while doing your laundry. Independent of the truck stop, or paying the high cost of a T.A. I would only award this a 4 star, as there are no young ladies who walk around and knock on truckers doors. Offering to clean up the insides of their trucks. For around forty dollars?
