We had a pretty good experience here- the hair cut looked good (very simple cut for my 11 year old son). One thing I wish they would improve is having enough workers on hand so the employee didn't have to repeatedly leave her job to check in new customers or answer the phone. For the 20 minutes she was working on my son's hair, she had to answer the phone 3 times, check in a new customer, and assist checking out another customer purchasing styling products (which they had a hard time finding). There was one other stylist in the back, working on his own hair while we were there. I will come back again because there are limited walk in options in Circleville, and we had a very bad experience with Great Clips down the street. Hopefully they can improve staffing issues. I believe this store has recently been rebranded from Fiesta to Holiday hair. The stylist also was not sure of the age cut off for children's hair cuts. She was going to charge me adult pricing until I looked online and confirmed that my son still qualified for kids pricing. read more
