This spot could easily be renamed: "Alvera Body Wrap & Wellness Spa-aaah!" Excellent firm pressure massage by Karen. Great, relaxing vibe and she's very responsive to... well, everything. You want the table a little warmer/ cooler? Got it. Want to lighten the pressure in certain areas? Sure, no problem! Curious about how 'x' pain connects to 'y' limb? You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My first appointment I received a lymphatic treatment and ionic foot detox. The compression for the lymphatic drainage was divine, and the foot detox was super relaxing! All of the staff are super sweet, and the atmosphere is tranquil. The only teeny bit of a downside was backing out during heavy traffic. Hi have been going here for the last 5 months for facials (bi-monthly) and I have had the best service thus far. To start, I have very sensitive skin and have had bad experiences at other places. The staff here is very knowledgeable and took great care of my skin concerns. I have seen visible improvements in my skin and I will continue to go there. I don't get harassed to buy any shelf products but I do get offered drinks (mimosas, coffee and or water) every time I come! I agree with parking, best to park on side if you can. From the first visit I knew that this was a special place. I have been several times now. The vibe is totally chill, relaxing and familial. If you find yourself stressed or just out of sorts, coming here will immediately put you in a comforting state of mind. This begins at the front desk with Jen, the owner. (She describes herself in more humbling terms) soft spoken and attentive she works at making your experience the best it can be. As for the massages here.....I think there are 3 female massage therapist on staff. Leslie is excellent. She will tailor your massage to what you want done and how you want it done. She absolutely can work those shoulder muscles! I also like that she doesn't chatter during the massage. (My preference) NOTE: additionally, they offer couples massages. The experience was not as great because the room location (lobby noise) and room temperature (cool) weren't the best. This, however, in no way lessens the overall quality services provided here. Allvera offers other treatment options ncluding facials and bodywraps. If only they offered reflexology.......That would really take it over the top! read more

Above all of that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and happy to see me. They gave me tour in their place and explain patiently every service they offer. I was overwhelmed in how many amazing services they have that I never heard them. They have something called Allvera Ultimate Body Wrap Which is a very interesting thing to try and explore next time. I scheduled a facial during the height of allergy season, which I didn't think was very smart. However, Wannita not only took care of my skin, she performed facial massage techniques that really helped clear up my congestion and relieved my sinus pressure. It was amazing! During the Covid-19 pandemic I was nervous about how each business was working after reopening but wanted a massage for my birthday so bad. I went about two weeks ago for a massage and foot massage. The agency followed CDC guidelines which was great and my nervousness and anxiety went away. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Most importantly I didn't feel rush. The kind of rush that make you feel they have another appointment after you. She took her time and very professional. They offered me tea , water or coffee and provided great conversation. Today was my second visit to Allvera, both times I did a 40 minute for lymphatic drainage, I've had lymph massage before but this, was totally different than my previous experiences. It's "no contact" because they use an FDA Approved compression suit called "The Balancer" In just one 40 minute session, I had a almost immediate results. I have been struggling for the last 10 months to keep swelling at bay from an extended tummy tuck I had last April and chronic discomfort from daily bloating and other GI issues and felt like I had tried everything. Finally! Something that actually worked and provided relief! The atmosphere is so nice, it's immaculate, well styled and very calming and the owner and staff were so professional and sweet. I really felt at ease. They are great about providing patient education as well. I already have my third appointment booked and I can't wait try one of their other services and to recommend it to everyone I know. read more

It was my first bikini and she made the experience so easy and as pain free as possible and i decided to stick with the waxing. Mallory is now gone however and each of my waxes have gotten worse and worse. The second time I was left if awful bumps from the wax and the past two times, the most resent being today, I've left only to later discover there are several area that are left with hairs, needless to say I feel like a thirteen year old boy getting facial hair while hitting puberty. I was disappointed the last time but was willing to get it another try, today will be my last visit.
