This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen or smelled. The entire place was dirty. Even other guests checking into their room were commenting how bad it smelled. We would never stay here again even if you paid us. The whole hotel smells foul, the room we stayed in had dozens feces stains all over carpets (wasn't even a designated pet room), black mold in the shower and the toilet didn't work properly. We couldn't even take our shoes off it was so filthy. We actually had to sleep with our clothes on and checked out within six hours of checking in. We asked to speak with the manager whom wasn't in yet and didn't even receive a call back. We will be escalating this to corporate Holiday Inn.

PLEASE! Don't stay in this hotel! In this hotel some room had bedbugs problem. This summer, I lived in here for 3 and half months. I'm J1 student. And I worked for this hotel. I got lots of bites also caught one bedbug by myself. And I know the cheapest area which in second floor lots of rooms had bedbugs. This hostel is old and not safe. Terrible experience!

I have stayed at nicer hotels for less. There isn't an elevator. Which is beyond inconvenient for guest who are disabled or carrying in multiple bags. The outside looks drab. The carpet and walls look like they haven't been cleaned in forever. The second floor has a mildew smell. Probably from guest tracking pool water through the halls. If it weren't for the staff and the abundant parking I would have given 1 star.

Large, cabin-like seating area greets you when you enter the hotel...then I remember I've stayed here before. The driver to the hotel was polite and kind, even offered to carry my bags up the stairs (no elevators in this hotel). As soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted with this strong smell of air freshener like your grandmothers old cabinets. It was so strong that I had to opened my room windows to air it out. Horrible. I thought I was going to have allergies. I glanced on the bed....the pillows were 4 large ones which I love but when I laid my head on them they went flat (not happy about that bc I already know what my rest is going to be). Don't you just hate being woken up with a squeaky voice of the housekeeper banging on your neighbors doors at 7:30 in the morning? Needless to say I couldn't go back to sleep. Woke up two hours before my alarm. Not very happy about that. What I do love is that my room have a microwave and refrigerators? I wish all hotels have this. The water pressure was also good and clean bathroom. The restaurant has decent breakfast food and good price. Will I stay here again? No. Just because of that horrible smell in my room.

I loved it here. The only thing that was eh, was the view from the other rooms. Just a big open square looking at other room windows.

Everything from the ceremony to the dancing was easy and our company loved the indoor/outdoor set up. They recently built a new outside patio that could be used for seating or the dance floor (which we did). It is a covered patio that adds a whole new space to the area which was great for the flow of our party. Our guests still rave about how beautiful and well taken care of the event space was and how much fun they had. Also, Whitney was amazing to work with and very helpful in our whole process!

It is beautiful and rustic, but has the amenities you need for a successful event. Whitney and her husband who own the venue are super accommodating. I was planning the event from a different state and really needed trustworthy point people to contact and rely on their descriptions to pull the event off from afar. Whitney provided, photos, catering suggestions, decor ideas and was a great communicator. The day of the event, she and her husband were there to ensure set up and clean up were a breeze. They bent over backwards to ensure it was a success! Whitney did everything to help she could, including providing batteries for me that I forgot! I could not have asked for a better overall event and I am so thankful I found The Chateau! I highly recommend!

Pros: - The tipi is very spacious and the beds are comfy! - There were heating blankets on our bed which made our sleep even better. - The open air features make a huge difference during the day! - Everyone who works here is incredibly welcoming. - Complimentary sauna time in the morning is a must! - Breakfast was delivered to our tent eight when we were waking up. - Morning yoga classes are open for guests as well (we couldn't make it). - Bodhi Farms is perfectly positioned outside of the city. You still get the rural, serene feeling of camping while being close enough to other amenities if needed. Cons: - It gets HOT inside the tipi during the day. There are fans and you can open the top of your tipi for ventilation but be warned... - So many mosquitos, and not just outside. I hate bugs but mostly ones that will bite me. We had to make a trip to Target for mosquito bands to use inside our tipi. - The walk from the camping area to the bathrooms/shower is very inconvenient at night, make sure you carry your lanterns. - Lots of animal noises at night that can be distracting if you're a light sleeper. - We were right next to our neighbors so we could hear them and they could hear us. Minimal privacy in that way. We definitely enjoyed ourselves overall. My husband has already asked if we should come back for more than one night.
