This was a great spot when we stayed on our trip to Bozeman. It was close to downtown without being too busy with traffic. Perfect distance to the airport and easy to get to and from based on it's location. We stayed for a total of 4 nights and I was happy with the experience. We accidentally came here on the same weekend as Parents Weekend so it was busy for the initial weekend and then quieted down when they all left. There is also some renovations being done on the 3rd floor which was loud sometimes but nothing crazy. The room was good. Standard two queens room which was fine but definitely felt a little small at some points of the weekend. The bathroom was small but very clean and organized. The housekeeping was great here and kept everything clean and stocked. The bar and restaurant in the lobby were good. I also enjoyed the workout center, pool, and hot tub. The knob on the hot tub sticks so just have to be careful you don't stay in too long. The staff were all very friendly and I would definitely stay here again. It is a good hotel worth a couple nights. read more

We are diamond members and this was an excellent Hilton Garden Inn. We had a 5 night stay and did not have any issues at all. The staff were all friendly. The exercise room was very clean and had sweat towels, a drinking fountain and a filtered water place to fill your water bottle. The front snack area also had a big variety of snacks and beverages for purchase or to use with your dining credits. Our room was very clean when arrived. The parking lot did have EV charging stations as well. Overall a great stay in a great location close to downtown Bozeman! We would stay here again. read more

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The grounds were lovely and my room was very clean. It is a lovely property with excellent restaurant and very nice and friendly front desk staff. Fast and efficient airport shuttle also. However, my room (155) was freezing. I contacted the front desk twice and the heating never worked. I was given extra blankets and literally slept in my clothes both night trying to keep warm. The room never got warmer than 66° . I would say this is a lovely hotel, but it needs a new heating system. read more

Well, not overwhelmed. I'm a Hilton diamond member so stay at these properties a lot. Today was the first time I was charged for lobby coffee. I stayed at another HGI last week, they had free lobby coffee. The receptionist, nice lady, explained that Hilton now charges for lobby coffee, which I call BS on. Pretty sure it is just this manager. Anyway, there was something loose outside my window that kept scraping all night which kept me up and made me write a surly review. Also, when I got into bed, the comforting smelled like lip balm (no shit) which led me to believe that the bedding wasn't changed. Gross right? read more

I stayed for six nights. Half work, half pleasure. We had a great trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. They have an indoor pool, it was a bit small but got the job done. The hot tube is at a good temperature. The gym only allows two at a time, but only a couple times was it full. I was missing a couple of the usual items that are supposed to be in a room when you check in. When I asked, however, staff provided them immediately. When my family joined me I was provided with a roll-away (note: this is only available for the King room). If you drive a Tesla they have a super charger station in the parking lot. If I return to Bozeman this is were I would look to stay again. read more

The dude who checked me in was great! He had great tips on the few things I was looking for. I may be a bit skewed, pretty sure every kid under 25 working here is a student at MSU. It's awesome knowing an employer is helping young kids get an opportunity to have a job and get some experience. Our room is super clean and really well decorated. The shower is amazing. I'm not sure how much we are spending on this place but it can be maxed at $525 per night, based on what is posted on the door. read more

He was kind, patient and helpful, and solved my problem by creative thinking. He even let me use his personal cell phone. Stayed at this place on 6/13 to 6/14 with my daughter. Was placed next to mechanical room. Absolutely horrible loud sound and front desk refusing to change the room. Front desk saw that I pregnant and I need a good night sleep, apparently not at this place. Will never stay here again. We are valued members with Hilton to get such a horrible treatment and the worst room in the entire hotel! Avoid this place! Should of booked Marriott across the street. read more

Oh gets better the front desk wanted to charge for me coffee .. then has gold member we get late check out. Absolutely not here. I was hesitant at first since when I called to confirm my reservation the gentleman on the phone was extremely short with me, and didn't bother even getting my name. App on arrival there was a young women at the desk who was incredibly helpful, and very friendly. She explained all the details of my stay, and even wrote down the breakfast and dinner information for me. The room was very clean, and nicely modern. I loved the automated blackout curtains. After the first night I did ask the front desk for firmer pillows, I think if we stay there again we may just bring our own, not a big deal. When I booked the only option was "accessible" and I understand the purpose of that, but I didn't like that the shower had no curtain, so water got all over the floor, seemed like a bit of a slipping hazard. The hotel had a nice coffee and tea bar available from 6am-9pm daily. I included breakfast in my plan when I booked on Expedia, it is hot, all you can eat, made to order breakfast with a friendly server. I was able to come down between 6-10am, I got the breakfast burrito, and a side of the breakfast potatoes. read more

Outside: Centrally located and easy to find- located next to Goodwill. Parking lot had no security cameras. The back parking lot is close to the entrance/exit w key access which was nice. Inside: -Check in was quick, employees friendly. The rooms were clean. For Bozeman, it's a good value. -We enjoyed the spa, but the jets weren't working like we expected. -There was no auto shut off in the room for thermostat. My husband didn't like that. -Next door, a room service tray stayed out longer than it should have, along w dirty trash in the can by the elevator. read more

We loved the Hilton Garden Inn. It is conveniently located, parking is a breeze and the staff is great. Our room had 2 queen beds which were super comfortable. The room was spotless and the extra towels I had asked for were there within minutes of getting in our room. We loved the indoor pool and so will you. It is so relaxing and you don't have to worry about the weather outside. There are plenty of towels to be had at the pool area. The room was a great size. We were very happy and the staff knows the area so well. They were so kind and helpful. A great staff can make a place like the Garden Inn and this group is great. We will be back. read more

Can't recommend for coffee drinkers. Unlike almost all other hotels, they have removed the coffee pot from the lobby after breakfast. Oh and you have to pay for breakfast. Other than that it's fine. read more

Because I had such a good experience the first time here, I decided to stay here again. Arrived on a Friday and stayed two nights. Check in was fast and easy, all the staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast is still good, nothing has changed there. My friend and I went to the bar for a drink, we aren't from the area but wanted to go hiking the next morning. We asked the bartender if he had any suggestions on where to go, and he gave us a few. Thanks to his suggestion, we found an amazing trail! I wish I could remember his name so I ccould say thank you! The only issues I had with the place, hence why only 3 stars this time is due to the beds being rather uncomfortable and the walls seemed paper thin. We could hear the guy next to us coughing all night and toilets flushing, etc. I know they are remodeling soon, I hope it fixes these issues! read more

The staff was so nice and friendly. My bed was very comfortable. When you stay on the side of the hotel you have a great view of the green mountain in the back. It was very relaxing. The girls at the front desk were very nice and I talked to them for awhile when it wasn't busy. They also gave me insight around the area and answer my questions about the things to do and if they had Uber lol. My room was clean and that is always my priority. Love to stay here again. Short stay for a client meeting but always like the Hilton Garden Inns. Check in was a breeze and really like the complimentary bottles of water they provide and always ask if you would like them now or give you vouchers to come and get them later when needed. Beware... this facility overcharges. I stayed there in September 2021. I reserved under one credit card, but checked out using another. Both cards were charged for the room. I called the hotel, they admitted the mistake, and said it was not their fault as their vendor did this by mistake for over a month. They were not the least bit apologetic. Upon asking the manager why they did not notify their guests of the issue they very rudely said they had no way of knowing. Furthermore, they refused to refund either card and said the only way was to challenge the charge on one of my cards. The , they refused the challenge to my credit card, so I had to supply my credit card with the statements of my other credit card. I cannot believe such a large organization is run this poorly. read more

On the positive side, Bozeman is a delightful small town with a vibrant downtown area. We love it! The Hilton Garden Inn here is at best only an average example of Hilton's mid-level chain. Not that it affects my review, but we weren't upgraded here, and in fact I can't remember the last time I was upgraded at a Hilton Garden Inn, even though I'm a long-time Gold/Diamond Hilton Honors member and am almost always upgraded at Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, Hilton and other Hilton brands. More to the point, the room we had was small -- smaller than even a regular room at Hampton Inn -- and not well-designed. The breakfast was just average for Hilton Garden Inn, with a watery omelette and no hash browns. However, the location was fine, and the price for this property -- around $135 before taxes -- was good. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. No major complaints -- just that this unit in the chain isn't anything more than average. read more

Pretty average, forgettable hotel. The bed was clean but I kept finding random hairs in my bathroom, which was pretty gross. She works the bar in the restaurant here, serving up Bozone to weary travelers when not being teased by the cook, himself a genial mischief maker. I'd just landed an hour ago. Chelsea handed me a beer and leaned on the bar and asked me where I was from. I answered, and we made pleasant smalltalk for a few minutes. "You know," she said. "I have brown eyes. So I'm nearly only ever attracted to blue-eyed men. But you have brown eyes, and you're sort of gorgeous." She said this so artlessly that I realized that, while I'm not gorgeous, she was neither flirting nor being insincere. Some people are just very ingratiating, and Chelsea, I would soon come to realize, was merely the first instance of the warm, slightly noisy friendliness of Montanans in general. She asked me what I did, and I told her. "Did you fly in on Alaska Airlines?" "I did." "I love Alaska Airlines. I want to work for Alaska Airlines," she said. "My mom works for them. It's my favorite airline. I can't work for them until I'm 21. But that's cool. I like working here too. And I need to finish college." "What do you want to do?" I asked. "I wanted to be a flight attendant once," she said. (She'd be a good one.) "But I've decided now that instead, I want to be a customer service rep. Whatever puts me with people." She then proceeded to tell me the things she'd learned about the airline, both from her mother and from other sources. All the time, just jabbering away, an artesian well of absolutely beguiling sweetness. So, if you're from Alaska Airlines, listen up. This is my recommendation letter. I have no idea when Chelsea turns 21, but you should make it a point to find out. She made my first hour at this hotel a very pleasant one, and I'm sure she'd provide your customers with a similarly welcoming experience. read more

This location was close to where I needed to be for the week for work, at the Ulta across the street so it worked out perfectly. The service was really good the whole time during my stay. I know for some of my friends that were staying here they had a problem with the temperatures and the air conditioning not working. Wouldn't have been as big of a problem if it wasn't during the hottest time of the summer. They were able to change their rooms but I know that they had to deal with some inconveniences during this time. The breakfast they served was good and they had a variety of options for their tea which I like. The room I was staying in for the week was clean and the beds got turned down each night and so that was nice and I have no complaints there. They seemed to be accommodating and I would definitely stay here if I was in Bozeman again. I don't know any of the other hotels in the area so I have no idea how they compare but this location was great. read more

This is my go-to hotel for when I have to travel to Bozeman for business. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast here rocks -- worth every penny! And the staff is super friendly! The only complaint that I have is that the room I had for this trip in January (3rd floor corner room, next to the electrical closet) was insanely hot! Even after letting the front desk know, the room was still extremely warm. I ended up turning off the heat in the room and cracking the window. read more

In town for the week for business. I'm typically a SPG guy but there wasn't any in town so I picked this place because I know Hilton always delivers. The good - - Close to the airport - but Bozeman isn't that big to begin with - Close to Target - if you want to pick supplies/snacks/etc. - Has a small bar in the restaurant! - Nicely appointed rooms, very clean and nothing was worn out or broke. - Inviting Lobby, friendly staff - They have a breakfast buffet - Across the parking lot - walking distance - from some kind of Slot casino sports bar restaurant The not so goods - - Nothing I can think of at all!
