The coffee was freshly ground and the best breakfast I have ever had on the road.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. Right in the heart of Moab. I stayed here last night and slept like a baby. The staff was very friendly and warm. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel and I am very well travelled. I think I will be thinking about those cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy all day. I need to order some for Christmas morning.

Good location as you come into town from the north. This property is currently going under renovations and I believe they're almost done but there were definitely workers in the building. Room is spacious and great renovations. No carpet in room which I loved. Pool I believe is open year-round. It was currently open and heated enough that the kids were able to swim in 60° weather. Breakfast wasn't great, which they never are but the only hot food was pancakes Full size Dove products in the bathroom. Safe in the closet.

This is the spot to stay if you are visiting Moab/Arches National Park/Canyonlands National Park. It is a few blocks away from Arches! I stayed in a King size room. Large bathrooms, coffee maker, Tv, etc. A standard room with comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was pretty clean. The only thing is on their website they advertise "Separate/Walk-in Shower" and it was just a bathtub. Good shower amenities but no body lotion. Simple but it is in a prime location in downtown.

Literally impossible to reach the hotel using their official phone number. The number rings and rings and then disconnects.

The front desk associate Sai, was so pleasant and helpful. He had such a nice smile and was so friendly. He also gave us a chocolate treat on check in. The hotel itself looked brand new. It has a coffee bar, restaurant (no bar) and a nice patio. It had everything we needed for the night stay. Our room was very clean and modern. It included a sitting area, coffee nespresso-like station, large TV, adjusted lighted bathroom mirror, bathroom accessories, iron & board, exterior closet set up, etc. A very nice room. The hotel is very reasonably priced and definitely worth the stay.

I asked if that included the pet fee, as their own website listed $80ish as the price. They said they would honor that price. After arriving at the front desk, they said the room would be $80 and then said the pet fee was $75. I said deposit, right? Wrong. $75 non-refundable pet fee. Turned around and went to one of their many competitors and got a room for $80 flat. Recently remodeled, cute fridge and microwave, coffee maker, 3 queen beds (2 queen bunk beds) Bonus, a 50-inch Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR LED Smart Roku TV to plug my Xbox in. Expedition is the clue.

We could hear the people stomping above us and our room wasn't cleaned every day unfortunately. Service was pretty good front desk guy was very nice(1 out of 2). Who was a nice edition, even the hot tub and the cabanas. Really happy for the breakfast, especially before a long day of hiking we took advantage of that every morning (along with everyone else!).

I genuinely enjoyed this hotel during our 4 day trip to Moab. It is a bit of a drive and walk from…read morethe downtown area but very close to the entrance of the city coming from the north. Which is close to the arches and other parks. Slower and quieter neighborhood. We were given the first floor room right across the elevators. Less privacy when leaving and entering the room but was convenient to be able to enter and exit through the back door. Got a regular king room and it comes with a microwave, sink and mini fridge. The bed and pull out couch were so comfortable. Pillows were great. The shampoo attached to the shower wall did fall randomly when we first arrived but I reattached it and seemed to stay on. Continental breakfast includes a variety of juices, coffee, bagels, spread, a small yogurt bar, a variety of muffins and a staff member behind the grill offering you prepared scrambled eggs, chicken sausage and rosemary potatoes. Surprised no pancakes, waffles or cereal. Overall, yummy and gets the job done. The only thing that really bothered us was the TV connectivity. After a day of adventures and driving, we couldn't really relax with a show or movie. If we did, then it took about 10mins+ or we compromised and kept it on a show we finally got to work. Called the front desk a couple times for assistance and he explained to us that the hotel doesn't have a strong WIFI connectivity and that majority of guests are experiencing it as well. He did his best to help us out with an issue that's out of his control and we really appreciated it.
