    Creekside patio

We were spending a long weekend in Moab and booked here. Our creekside room was beautiful and we enjoyed the patio overlooking the creek and bike path.

From the second we were greeted, the whole check in process was outstanding. Deniz was so kind and informative- told us where everything was and gave us recommendations for around town. Room is clean and spacious with everything you need! Definitely stay here over the main stream places if you can!

This place is so cool! It has a funky southwest vibe that is affordable and close to everything this desert town has to offer. The service is A+, balcony views to die for, and is very well kept! We stumbled across this place on booking.com and so glad we did!

    Gonzo Inn sign at night!

This was a really cute spot right in downtown. There's a pool and hot tub but the pool is NOT HEATED and it is not open during fall/winter. My room was clean. Every room feels like a little condo because it comes with a little patio. They give you a breakfast voucher for each day you stay which gets you breakfast at the cafe at the Gonzo. The food was good but mediocre, mostly breakfast sandwiches and pastries. There's way better food elsewhere if you've got dough to spend and time, but this was still a great deal. The room was clean and the bed was probably the most comfy bed i've ever slept int including my own bed. There's a patio with a fire pit. It's very close to the main strip in downtown and a drug/grocery store so you don't need to drive for anything. The staff are SO FRIENDLY. I'm only giving 4 stars because the walls are very thin and you hear EVERYTHING. They allow dogs which is great for folks with dogs but not great for people who want some peace and quiet. If you're a light sleeper- bring ear plugs and a sound machine or sleep with noise canceling headphones.

    Can't wait to come back!

The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. Will I stay here again? Most certainly. This area has so many places to explore. I can't wait to go back, and now I know of a great place to call my home-base.

They had no written or documentation of this when we reserved our room. We have stayed here once before. And we're never charged this. The only reason we are giving 3 stars is do to the friendly staff. Also we spent the night and morning listening to all the doors slamming shut. They need to fix this because people don't care to be quiet.

There was a nice full size kitchen downstairs, with a pullout bed option in the sitting area. There was a little dining room table as well. Upstairs there were multiple bedrooms with pretty comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were also nice and the showers were powerful which is always a huge plus at any hotel. It also had a really nice pool area with a neat little whirlpool section that the kids really enjoyed. Everything was updated and modern so it was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a dog friendly, kid friendly resort, very close to the downtown area of Moab for easy access to shops and restaurants. This place is perfectly placed and beautifully built. The rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. Room service was very nice about taking all the trash and cleaning up the dishes. I only had one complaint and it was a fairly large one. The mattress in the king bedroom was lumpy and super uncomfortable. I spent 2 nights on it before my back completely rebelled. When I addressed this with the front desk, they offered a mattress topper to even out the lumps and this was a very good solution. I still highly recommend this place and would suggest to review the mattress right away if you have back issues - and it is for this reason I took off one star.

Breakfast in the lobby can be hectic as everybody is rushing to get out to Arches. I appreciate that they try to mix things up so you don't have the same proteins every day. They also have the standard selections: make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, greek yogurt + toppings, eggs, meat protein, breads (English muffins, bagels, slices of bread), peanut butter, jelly, cereals, etc. The hotel can be a bit loud as the pool closes to kids at 10p but is still open for adults until 11p, and our room faced the pool. Nice fire pit and seating area in the back. There is also barbecue grills. There was plenty of parking at the front and behind the hotel. Breakfast was good, not great. I eat low carb, and most of breakfast is loaded with carbs! The eggs and sausage were good. Wish they had provided salsa and some shredded cheese, but they didn't. They had cream cheese, which was a little bland. They also had butter. The other options are waffles, syrup, cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola, bread. Drinks: apple juice and a fruit juice, coffee. The biggest issue for us was the road noise at night. In our room we could hear the traffic sounds all night. Room to room we didn't hear much noise. We could hear the doors closing in the morning starting at 6:30 am. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
