Beware of having prescriptions filled at Raley's pharmacy. The runaround I have gotten for the…read morepast week is downright scary if these people are in charge of our medications. Last Friday I called to ask them if my prescription for a muscle relaxant was ready and I was told yes, it was. I mentioned that they hadn't been texting me like they had always done in the past and I was told, "There's nothing we can do about that." My husband went in to pick it up on Tuesday and they said they needed 20 minutes to fill it. I then called the pharmacy and was told that the reason it wasn't filled yet is because it was my Mounjaro, which is refrigerated and they can't fill it until you actually come in to pick it up. I just now talked to the pharmacy and they are telling me I have no refills for Mounjaro which I was supposed to take tomorrow. So they told me on Tuesday they were filling the Mounjaro and now I will have to wait until Monday, two days after I'm supposed to have taken it, to reach my doctor...let's hope my blood sugar doesn't go nuts over the weekend! Raley's is BAD NEWS!!! Please, if you value your health, don't get your prescriptions filled there.
