When I called to explain the situation, the owner told me he couldn't even verify the transaction I'm calling about. All I was asking for was a refund for the difference and I even offered to come and show my receipt and charge on my account. He didn't want to hear it and basically told me it was my bank's fault and I would need to take it up with them. I will never use this establishment again.
