Sure, I may just be fueling up to run errands around town, but when I step foot inside, I feel like I'm at the launch pad of a big adventure. This location is right off a main street with easy access from the corner. Plenty of parking and the gas pumps are easily accessible. It's also well lit at night, so I feel safe outside. There are lots of soda and drink choices and the floor is clean (yes, I always notice this. Who likes to step on sticky floors?!) I did notice that they were out of coffee creamer recently-that was a bummer. And the music was just a stitch too loud. But hey, that may just be intentional to get customers in the mood for their adventures!

My only complaint is that it's a little tricky to get too from 114th south. There is no direct entrance, you have to pass the building and enter from the back. Or sneak through the adjacent car wash parking lot, which can be a little awkward. Aside from the navigational logistics, it's a good place. And super convenient for the townhome residents when they need a late night slurpee. I'd imagine.

So let's get down to basics - it's a convenience store. So does this location live up to that? I can say very much so, in that regard this one is very well situated on what is now a major East-West corridor in the South Valley and is super easy to get in and out of quickly. Service is friendly and it's a clean and generally well laid out store. Definitely one of the better 7-11 locations I've been to, and fairly reasonable prices when it comes to the food and beverage offerings, but for day to day commodities such as milk for example the grocery stores are still generally cheaper. I never get gas at 7-11 so I don't really have a frame of reference for how they compare on that front. Hopefully someone else steps up to review in that regard.

As far as Slurpees go, there are a variety of flavors, and usually at least one of them is out. That's a bummer, but having a big selection gives options.
