I had the ancient card two years ago and suddenly found it wouldn't fit into the slot or work with the latest technology. Not sure why Mobil-Exxon didn't send me a new one on their own but after a call I received a card quickly and no more problems.

After coming back, he walked me through what he had done showing me the parts he replaced and describing why he replaced them. All the while, doing a great job in helping me to understand how to better maintain my truck. I want people who work on my stuff to care about my stuff - I felt like I got that here. I had put in two starters and they had over $700 of my cash. Then, I had to get the Minnesota Attorney General involved to pressure them to give me a reimbursement. They only paid less than half of the starter. Both starters had a warranty but the owner contested that the warranty was no good because the "cone" of the starter had broken off. I think it may have been the wrong starter in the first place. They charge $65 to tow a car six blocks too and then complain to you about how high their towing insurance is on the tow truck. I had been a customer since January 2010 and had had all my oil changes done there and do not feel I was a valued customer for five years. The owner has a false name he goes by and does not keep any receipts in the station, but at home. There is no computer, either. I think the owner hides records from the IRS at home so nothing can be tracked or audited. Do not give your business to this place. Beware.

So I put down the ONE $.25 GREEN box of Mike and Ike's and put back ONE BLUE $.25 box of Mike and Ike's back in their correct places and took the bag of sour heads my bf found then went to the counter to pay. The whole time we were in the store the employee was cleaning like a mad man and mumbling all kinds of weird things about whatever kind of drugs he was on. As we approach the counter the employee points at me and starts accusing me of stealing. I told him I could show him the 2 $.25 boxes of Mike and Ike's I put down and I also stated I could patiently wait until he checked his cameras and my bf vouged for me because he was there with me the whole time. Not to mention, I've never ever stole anything in my life. After mentioning id show him and to check the cameras he says "no, no, no lift up your shirt. That's where I saw you put it,lift up your shirt. " Completely shaken, nervous, and confused i lifted up my sweatshirt to my regular shirt to show him I wasn't concealing anything. He replies " no your whole shirt" this man LITERALLY MADE ME SHOW HIM MY BRA, STOMACH, Everything before letting me leave the store. Talk about sexual harassment and a minor form of sexual assault if you ask me. I've been really screwed up by this the last few days. I actually went back into the store to talk to the owner. And all he did was agree it was wrong, acted like he had no idea who worked Saturday and brushed it off. I'm completely appalled. And something NEEDS to be done about this. I was recently raped in January, and as you can imagine this really messed with me, my ptsd, and my self in general. We find one cheeseburger, one chicken sammich, and one breakfast sammie in the entire serving area. Poop. About to call quits and settle for the cheeseburger and chicken in a 2-for deal, Corliss pipes up from where she's sweeping the floor to let her know when we're ready. Two seconds later, she's on her radio to ping Tasha in the kitchen with a request for four fresh rib sammies made to order. We're two kids so giddy with our unexpected spoils that we inhale them in the car while the gas pump does its thing - don't judge. Half an hour later, he's still wowed from the lovely ladies taking time to get rib sandwiches ready especially for us at 2:30 in the morning - cute. My loyalty to Kwik Trip initially started in finding out how truly well the company treats its employees. It grew from interacting with happy employees who clearly took pride in their space and their work, as well as my appreciating the quality of products at Kwik Trip - gas and food both. I recently visited this Hy-Vee store see what was being offered and I knew they had a great lunch…read moremenu. I got their salmon meal and it was really good and it was worth the money. The store is easy to shop around and I love their selection of health food items since I got a lot of hydrating Waters with electrolytes. Great grab and go snacks as well at a fair price. I will dock some points because the store smells really weird. I do find it really cool that this store has a bar in it too. People litter the parking lot with shopping carts and there's no reason why the security guard should be grabbing carts as well. Really clean restrooms too!
