I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! To me those were clear signs that these people take care of their customers and the customers keep coming back! I'm glad I found this place for all my future car maintenance

Let's what else: - Gas is fairly priced. - They have non-oxy gas. - He lets the fine people of el Rancherito park and serve up food. - Free air. - Other vendors occasionally selling stuff (Scandanavian Cakes???) - Activities for kids around Halloween & Christmas. They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. No regard for customer safety regarding the pandemic…read more So arrogant and unconcerned that when going into a business that requires masks, they did not wear them. A tow truck driver, and a man who said he was the owner, both were not wearing mask. This took place in a busy gas station/convenience store. Employee safety, customer safety and the safety of their community does not seem to be their priority or concern when it comes the pandemic. Anyone who is concerned about the spread of Covid or those who are in the high risk category, I suggest calling someone else for a tow. Disobeying the Minnesota state mandate makes one wonder what other mandates, safety protocols and laws they could be ignoring.
