I got my car back and they were still waiting on 1 part to come in to finish the job completely. Said they would call me next week to get it installed and it shouldn't take too long. 3 weeks later, haven't heard a word from them. You would think they would at least have the decency to finish the job after they charge $7K. Also, when I got my vehicle back it now reeks of cigarette smoke. Had to buy air fresheners to cover it up. Just great as I have an infant that rides in the vehicle. Thanks a lot. Wish I would have went somewhere else. read more

Literally the only place I trust with my vehicle sad to say. I love the attention to detail! Bigger shops tend to not do this whatsoever! This is the only place I dropped off my vehicle at and picked in the exact same condition! Every other place I've dealt with I've always had to deal with damage of some sort that other placees would say was present when I dropped it off. Which was never the case! a Gregg's actually corrected in two hours a problem what one of the La#$$&*ys locations couldn't figure in a month! I had to come out of pocket for what was supposed to be an insurance claim! In all honesty, the teo hours I had to pay was well worth the confidence I had in the job being done right! The only done side to this is that it's a single small shop. As long as this shop is around, its literally the only place I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with. They match my attention to detail with pretty intricate vehicles, which were the first generation Volkswagen Touareg v8 and v10tdi models. To end, I must share my first experience there. I had always noticed this neatly kept shop tucked away in the corner of Case and E 7th. And after having nightmare experiences with other places, I stopped in a fall day a few year back. My first time meeting the owner was like I had pulled up at my uncle's house and started talking about cars! Can't stress enough how satisfied I've been with this shop! This shop has straightforward sales practices everyone should appreciate. Between not knowing much about body work, and placing high personal value on my car, I could've EASILY sold myself a bridge with no one else to blame. Gregg had to have noticed that, but thankfully took care narrowing down options best matching my wants while respecting the pocketbook. After being in an accident and receiving a quote to have work done on my bumper Gregg was nice enough to assist. I waited about a month to get in, however this is only because my vehicle was still driveable. When it came to my appointment I had to shuffle around due to personal obligations and Gregg was more than accommodating. Not only did he get my vehicle back to me in a matter of days he also saved me some money as the used parts from the insurance company did not match my car.
