I wanted to let you know about a recent experience with the shower facilities. Unfortunately, the shower room was not clean, especially considering the $15 fee. The shower head was broken and really needs maintenance. More importantly, a staff member who had taken my payment actually unlocked the bathroom door and entered while I was still showering, which was very uncomfortable. I feel like this place has gotten a bad wrap in the past. They seem to be always working to clean the place up - new signage went up a few years back, they painted their alley wall a year ago, and they just re-stuccoed the side of their building. The guys inside are always friendly, although they are always on the lookout for a thief as well (as they probably should be). I used to kind of avoid this place, but now it's our families "go to" place for gas. Or for a quick gallon of milk or dozen eggs if we run out at the last minute.

Secondly, it's just a nice, large store with a very nice selection of many many things...Beverages, snacks, treats, ice, hot foods, etc. I SO wish they had Holiday Stations where I live. If anyone knows how to suggest a location for one in a different state I'm all ears! :)
