So when I checked out, handed them the receipt and asked for my cash back. they told me that was for the card holding deposit which they will reverse so as not to charge my credit card/. And they asked for the cash receipt , but since I did not get one and assumed that the receipt I received was for the cash. They checked their video and was told that I did not gave her cash but only the credit card. Be careful with these hotel staff, of their modus operandi.

Most of the food looked like it had been sitting in the warmers for a long time. Instead of being kept fresh, everything was overcooked from the heat. The lechon was extremely tough and hard to chew, and even the roast beef and steak were dry and chewy. What was even more disappointing was that the better cuts of the lechon were clearly being kept at the back while customers were served the dry, tough pieces first. There were plenty of staff on duty, but they were neither accommodating nor attentive. Food wasn't replenished unless customers specifically asked, and many of the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than checking on the buffet. The grilling station was another disappointment. We waited around 40 minutes for grilled items, even though we came during dinner and the restaurant wasn't crowded. There was no reason for such a long wait. Overall, the food quality, service, and value for money were all very disappointing. I definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good buffet experience.
