When you first get there, I was greeted with her and although I was running a couple minutes late, she did not make me feel guilty at all. She just encouraged me to finish the paperwork and then we got into her space you can tell that she really cares about what she does. We started off with a cleansing prayer and then began the practice, although Reiki may cause people to have deep emotional responses, I definitely experienced physical responses, such as chills, and a beautiful sense of calmness. The practice was an experience that included all of the senses (sound bowls, aromatherapy, etc) and helped me stay engaged with my crazy mind. After the session she gave me debrief and some aftercare points. I am feeling more centered, and I'm looking forward to my next session with her as a continue my journey of healing.
