Every class works your entire body. We use an app to book classes and it's really easy I almost always get into all the classes I want. They charge you if you don't show or cancel within 12 hours before class, it happens and it happened to me before because life happens it's really not a big deal and they do warn you about this. It's also extremely clean. My tummy is flatter, I'm way more flexible, I feel better and stronger and most importantly I'm motivated to work out because I love it.

I do a combination of strength training, cardio, and yoga. I also really like how the gym is broken up into large sections but it doesn't have that big open box space feel where you feel like you're on display. I hate that feeling. It kinda bugged me, so I decided to try a class on a whim. After that, I decided the only way to get myself right is to commit to this for at least a year. And that, I ended up doing. If you know a little about Orangetheory, it's really great for anyone in any shape. For me - a gym avoider - it's been good because the instructors really do help coach you. My form is absolutely terrible and I've been using OTF to learn everything from scratch. It was rough the first few gos, but it's been getting better day by day. This location is good as it's only about 10 mins or so away from my home. As someone who works from home all the time, I've taken advantage of both the morning and afternoon classes. I find the 8:15am class to be the perfect wake-up call to start the week. I then utilize the 12pm class mid-week for the specialized strength and tread classes. Works perfect for me as the strength class breaks up the cardio a little bit. I also added a Saturday AM class too. Bathrooms are nice and clean in here. Also, the front desk people are usually pretty nice. The instructors I've worked with - Justin, Boo, Brian, and Tansey - are super nice people too. Only thing is that Yelp ought to tweak the hours because it's not like there are classes every hour. But that's out of my control....
