As far as treatment, I'd recommend you do your homework on the use of an integrator before you behgin treatment here. they do not employ manual manipulation, none. Perhaps a dozen visits, the only thing touched by hand was my shoes, which I was instructed not to remove. They're also very stringent on multiple visits per week, which would've been fine had I felt any changes. I was told if I couldn't make up the number of visits per week because I could only make it two days a week because of work and childcare, I would have to be treated 3 days a week for more weeks if not months longer. The PT is unsupervised and uncoached. I did an excercise entirely wrong one day to see if anyone noticed. No one did. You monitor yourself. Really felt exploited in the end :(

I came to Dr. Lardi after a month of severe back and sciatic pain down my left side. I tried massages, then the stretch lab in Orland Park, both helped but for a very short time period of a day or two. I did not believe in chiropractic doctors so I came to him nervous and skeptical. He spent a lot of time with me listening to my symptoms and then assessing me in various ways. He gave me instruction on how to sleep more comfortably, to ice the area, and a few exercises that would help in preparation of an upcoming adjustment in a few days. I went back and received the adjustment and a few more exercises. I was honest with the doctor when I did not ice or failed to do the exercises, which obviously disappointed him a bit. But after following his advice, doing the exercises, and icing the area as he said along with a few adjustments 100% of my pain went away and I am fully back to my old self. I will continue to see him for adjustments as needed going forward but he is the real deal and he does solid work. Do yourself a favor and go see him, listen, follow his instructions, and get his adjustments and give it whatever time YOUR body needs to react to his treatment, you will be happy you did. 100% Five Stars and recommended by me.
