I originally found out about them through an evaluation at Anytime Fitness. It was nice to see them reach out to the community to evaluate the needs of our local residents. I have been a nurse for 4 years and all of the heavy lifting/stress of the job has taken a toll on my lower back and neck. I have had a nagging pain for a while and knew it would be best to approach it on the preventative standpoint to prevent future issues from occurring. I am so happy I did! The staff is always very welcoming and very professional. As a mutual healthcare provider-they provided excellent education regarding the alignment of my spin, the damage that has been done over the years and what my care plan would look like. Serena was very helpful with working with my insurance company and explaining my benefits/ working out a plan to make my visits most cost effective. She is always available and very helpful with answering questions regarding insurance and billing. I have noticed such a difference in my overall health and the pain I was experiencing in my neck and back have decreased tremendously. My fiance also became a patient. He has been an athlete his whole life and his back/spine have taken a beating from tackling/other sports injuries. After visiting Dr. Adam he has PERFECT alignment of his neck (which I jealously tease him about). Since 11/19-11/27 I have received 10 phone calls,10 voicemails, and five text messages from them. They kept calling me and leaving a voice message saying that they needed to finalize details about my appointment to which I called them back for them to just confirm my appointment and then continue to call me every morning and leave me the same voicemail about needing more details. After receiving a phone call from them every morning for 10 days I decided to cancel my appointment and book with somebody else. They had sent me a text message to confirm my appointment and I responded that I wanted to cancel it. The day of my appointment I received a call to confirm the appointment that I had already canceled so I finally just blocked their phone number. I then receive another voicemail from a new number asking me to reschedule along with 2 text messages. So I would book somewhere else unless you wanna be pestered and hounded by these people every morning for days the moment you put your information into their website. The few times I did speak on the phone with the employees they were very kind so this has nothing to do with the employees personally or their quality of care. After a number of sessions, my back continued to improve until the pain was completely gone. About every year or so, it seemed my back pain would reoccur in spite of the fact that I was physically fit and very disciplined with my exercise program. It was then that Dr. Potekhin suggested that I come in monthly for an adjustment to keep the progress that we had made from regressing. That was the best suggestion ever. Now, I see Dr. once a month for a "tune up". I have been doing this for the past 5 years or so. And not once have I had a reoccurrence of my back going out or the nerve pain associated with it. Dr. Potekhin in very gentle in her approach, yet very strong. She is kind, compassionate and is an expert in her field . I consider her my sports therapist, and I have no doubt that seeing her on a regular basis has allowed me to continue my sports and exercise regime without injuries and back pain. I highly recommend Dr. Pothekin who will definitely help alleviate your existing pain as well as keep you pain free so that you can enjoy life. Here for a professional sporting event and one of our players pinched a nerve in his back. We noticed a trifold block on top of the reception desk. which a women was behind. She peaked and saw us standing at the door AND INSTANTLY HIDES BEHIND THE DESK... we knock, no response. We go around to the side and look through the window and she is HIDING UNDER THE DESK. I can't make this up. on all fours like she was in a tornado drill. Who does that? at this point we were over this place anyways but decided to sit there at the window laughing at how unprofessionally childish the situation was. she finally noticed we were looking thru the window and makes eye contact I said "we can see you" and she just yells "we're closed" so we go back to the front door, knock again and she pulls a closed sign from behind the desk that wasn't even visible. we asked if she could just give us a recommendation and she told us to "google it" This Lady was the same lady on the first picture with blonde hair standing with the Dr. in the white long sleeve.
