To add to that, their supervisor, Scott, came by to ensure that the cleaning was up to standard and even jumped in to help clean as well. The only issue I had was the initial estimate I received wasn't accurate as the house needed more time than expected and the job had to get split up into two days. However, I'd like to add that I was able to discuss this issue with time maid customer service, specifically with Prachi, who was very understanding of the situation, and came up with a resolution that ultimately worked out. My parents and I were very pleased with the cleaning, the communication, and I would recommend time maid cleaning to others!

The day before the appointment, however, Terri canceled via text, saying they had "added more clients since we spoke" and were now "completely booked going forward." The last-minute cancellation felt dishonest and unprofessional to me--especially since they continue to advertise for new clients across multiple platforms. From my perspective, the explanation didn't align with their ongoing promotions. If they simply chose not to take the job, a candid response would have been appreciated.
