I hired them to clean my remodeled rental unit, 800 sqf with new kitchen and new bath. I was billed for 4 hour worth of work. When I went to check on the unit, the cabinets and bathroom vanity had construction dust on them, the living room fan wasn't cleaned, I had to spend quite some time getting them cleaned and finally rent ready. I talked to the customer service, they claimed that they had cleaned the windows. Fine, the windows were cleaned really well, but 4 hours for cleaning 5 windows...? We have tried to use this service regularly a number of times and were wanting to do so because the staff is so pleasant and polite; however, repeated errors in their cleaning and poorly communicated arrangements led us to find other cleaners. A number of people in their crew do excellent and timely (service priced per hour) cleaning. Although, this is not the case for all their staff, which caused cleanings at our house to be inconsistent in quality and the time to vary from 2-3 total hours for a well kept 1200 sq ft home. That is as much as a $60 difference, and it is my personal feeling that 3 hrs is too long for 2 people to spend completing that size of a home for monthly service. I could imagine that their service would be more consistent in quality and time if someone is able to schedule regular appts on a certain time and day; however, if you're schedule varies I would be cautious about the potential issues I've mentioned. If you're looking for a one time cleaning and can be there to supervise the work I would recommend this service. I would give them a try too for regular service, but be vigilant especially for more exacting clientèle. read more

They really are the right choice! My husband and I hired the company to get our house ready to show to new tenants. They had great customer service, the gentlemen were so polite and respectful. My husband and I had to be out of the house to run errands and we felt completely comfortable leaving them there. They cleaned things I wouldn't have expected, like the dish drainer and potted plants. When the men left, we did notice a few areas that had been missed. I e-mailed on Sunday afternoon, and Antoinette responded that evening, immediately offering to send out a second crew to cover the areas that had been included in the quote but not cleaned the first time, at no additional cost to us. That crew left the house in sparkling condition, and spoke to my husband about how they liked working for a company that makes sure the customers are taken care of. I've used Right Choice Cleaning for two years and highly recommend them. Robert, the owner, and Martha, his co-worker, clean our townhouse regularly and make it shine. I always make sure to call them before we have out of town visitors. I appreciate their attention to detail -- no item is too small to be wiped down or scrubbed up. They do an excellent job with our glass - the sliding outer doors and shower door. We have pets and I like that Right Choice really scrubs our tile floors clean. I try to keep our house clean on my own, but Right Choice does a better job than I can do myself. They are very responsive. They are flexible and willing to make an appointment around my schedule. When I call 477-8788 at night and leave a message, I always hear back from them the next morning. The workers at Right Choice are thorough and make me feel that I've gotten my money's worth. We hired Right Choice for a deep cleaning of our just-under 2000 sq ft house. Well, less than that, as the kid's room is too messy to get into, so it was one bedroom, 2 bathroom job. We were quoted $180 for a two person cleaning crew. Although they did a really great job on the bathrooms (that was where we really wanted deep cleaning, as the master bathroom is large and there was a lot of hard water mineral deposit that we could never quite get all the way off), the rest of the cleaning was meh. And took FOREVER. We were charged $360. Double the amount we were quoted. The cleaning was definitely not worth that much. We're still pretty sore from that. Also, the scented cleaning product that they use was used on the inside of our toaster oven. It ruined our food the next time we used it, and basically had to burn the scent out of it before we could use it again. Right Choice owes us $25 in salmon. When they come in, they bring a big binder that we assume has their cleaning system checklist. They put it on our counter and never looked at it, so I don't know whose benefit that giant binder was for. As far as the floors-- they only dumped and filled the mop buckets twice. And it showed on the light colored tile. I had to mop over spots again because they had dried with visibly dirty water. Even though they said part of the cleaning was doors and walls, they didn't perform this cleaning. Still had kid smudge marks on walls. Despite the quality quality of the bathroom cleanings, we will not use them again because of how long they were here, and the cost, which was just exorbitant and unjustified. read more

The staff who cleaned my home were professional, friendly and very efficient. It had been a long time since my house had been cared for with such diligence - cleaning each item in the bathrooms and dusting not only the furniture, but the cherished heirlooms resting on the surfaces. They worked together wonderfully, reaching on top shelves, above cabinets and around the edges to clean a lot of collected dust. The floors were especially clean when they left. They also dusted the ceiling fans, and as an extra gift, they washed the dishes when they cleaned the kitchen. This young company of two years in Tucson deserves the opportunity to show their know-how to serve the Old Pueblo with integrity, fairness and most of all - a well done professional job to leave a smile on your face. Robert (who was working as well as supervising the job) is polite, professional and pays great attention to detail. We needed our house cleaned for a move-out inspection of a rental property, and I'm sure the house was left cleaner than when we moved in! The team that showed up was very meticulous in their work, and appeared to be very proud of their work as well, and they had every reason to be. Everything in the house was cleaned spotless, down to dusting the lightbulbs of the mirror lights in the bathroom. In making sure that the job was done correctly, they had taken a bit more time than anticipated, but stated that they would not charge for more time than what was initially quoted. In the midst of moving in April 2012, I made an appointment with Right Choice Cleaning Company for a final clean. When the day arrived, I had completely forgotten about the appointment, and after a polite phone call, Robert and his employee waited an hour for me to arrive and let them in the house. Despite the one-hour delay and having another appointment after mine, these terrific cleaners stayed for the entire 3-hour cleaning session and were cheerful, friendly, and professional the entire time. Robert and his employee paid close attention to the details, including washing the baseboards, dusting the top of cabinets, and scrubbing out tight corners. The cleaners also did a great job with cleaning black scum from the vinyl tub, scrubbing sinks and toilets, and getting dirt out of texturized floors. We had Wanda and Leo for the first several times of service. They were terrific. At the beginning, they told me that the change would be by the hour. As they became more comfortable with the house, the cost decreased. Unfortunately both Leo and Wanda left the company. By the final time of service, the two people who came to clean, both of whom had been to the house before, took over four hours to clean. in the final time Leo and Wanda came, they took a bit less than two hours. The business model used by this company is confusing and arbitrary. One week the charge is one thing, the next week it may be $100 different, depending on the employees who come to deliver the service. I called the owner, Antoinette, to discuss why I should have to pay $379.50 for exactly the same service as I paid $155.25 several times earlier. She agreed I should be refunded $102.50, saying that the "regular" charge for a house the size of ours was $207. I mentioned that I hadn't ever been told that. Further, if that had been the case, why had we paid $155.25 twice in the past? She did not have an answer for that. I have called Antoinette a number of times, leaving civil messages. She has not returned my calls. The following are the dates and the amounts they charged: 09/01/14 - $258.75 11/03/14 - 189.75 02/17/15 - 124.25 03/19/15 - 124.25 04/23/15 - 172.50 05/04/15 - 155.25 09/17/15 - 207.00 11/30/15 - 379.50 As you see, there is no consistency. Further, there is no recourse if you believe the charges are unfair. I most strongly recommend you do NOT choose Right Choice for your cleaning needs. They don't stand by their word and take advantage of people with the prices they charge. Short of going to court, there is no recourse. read more

After careful consideration of many cleaning companies here in Tucson, I chose Right Choice Cleaning. I am extremely happy with my choice!! I emailed Antoinette and she got the ball rolling. I had asked for a walk through first and she agreed and the rest just went smoothly. I am sitting here in my house that is cleaner than the day we bought it. We have 7 small dogs and just had a litter of puppies, combined with both of our busy schedules made our house truly more than we could handle. Everything, for me, was effortless. I didn't think we were over charged one bit. I was more than happy and thrilled it was completed in such a fast and efficient manner. My husband met with Wanda and after just one meeting with her and from my emails with Antoinette we felt comfortable letting them into our home while we were not there. I had a 2 for 1 Groupon with Right Choice, and the first time they cleaned, they did a good job. This was supposedly for two 3-hour cleaning jobs. The second session was supposed to be scheduled within 2 weeks of the first job, according to the fine print in the Groupon purchase, but the cleaning crew, after they were done with the first cleaning job, volunteered, cheerfully and happily, that we could schedule the second cleaning whenever we wanted, not to worry about it. When I called to schedule the second session a couple of months later, I mentioned the second Groupon, and the receptionist scheduled the second cleaning job. However, when they were done, the cleaning crew asked for an $88 payment, which we paid. I called the manager and he said that the Groupon had expired, and said nothing in reply as to why the first cleaning crew said that we could schedule the second cleaning job outside the two week window. He would only repeat, literally, again and again, that he was sorry and that there was nothing he could do. The only other thing he said was that I did not pay some $3 mileage fee that the first cleaning crew had asked for, and I told him that I did not even remember being asked for a $3 mileage fee. Certainly, if it had been made clear when the appointments were made, that there was a nominal mileage fee that was required, I would have paid the $3 to the cleaning crew when asked. The receptionist there, although she has a cheerful voice, needs some remedial customer service training. The receptionist did not object, or mention anything about the Groupon having expired when I scheduled the second appointment, despite my specifically saying to her that I was calling to set the second appointment with the Groupon we had purchased. Perhaps most importantly, the second crew did not do nearly as good a job as the first. There were streaks on the tile floor where they apparently did just a quick mop, and there was visible dirt, dust, and even bits of debris, along the baseboard edges and in several places, including several corners of the floor. In fairness, they did OK with the bathrooms. But, this crew only spent half the time that the first crew did. The only consolation in that is that I would have been charged double had they spent the same three hours as the first cleaning crew. Maybe they would have done better if they'd put in 3 hours. The receptionist had scheduled them for three hours, when I made the second appointment, but by the time the crew got to the house, they had apparently been told to work, and to charge, for an hour and a half. As I said to Robert, the manager, I feel as if I were the victim of a bait and switch, as far as the second appointment is concerned. I will never use Right Choice again, and as far as I'm concerned, this company is really the Wrong Choice. read more

They were the monthly cleaners for our office building and after not vacuuming, sweeping or mopping the floors for 4 months, steam cleaning was the necessary fix. After addressing the issue but with no results, they refused to pay to fix the mistake - we even offered to pay half of the cost. We ended up paying for the entire steaming service ourselves and will move on to find a more reliable cleaning company. read more

AWESOME! Our house got so dirty due to my husband and I being on opposite schedules and we were just too busy to clean. I wanted to have someone come clean our house just to get a good master clean (press a restart button). I contacted Robert, who almost instantly e-mailed me back with information and a quote. They let you customize everything you want done. They called the day of and made sure it was still ok to come over. Amber and another guy showed up and let me tell them what I wanted done and everything. Robert showed up later and continued cleaning and shampooed our carpets, which look amazing now...looks like brand new carpet. Robert was so nice and very efficient. He asked us numerous times if we were happy or if there was anything that was missed that he could clean. He made sure we were happy before he left. We are very happy with the way our house looks.
