Worse, they refused to send a proper prior auth for hospital-based labs, even after I gave them everything they needed. I begged for help for weeks. Staff were rude, dismissive, and downright discriminatory once I pushed back. Then they had the nerve to charge me a $50 no-show fee even though I'm a Medicaid patient (and no, you can't legally do that).
