If talking isn't your thing she will let you fall asleep too! I've fallen asleep many times. She's hard to get an appointment with because she is booked in advance, so be flexible when calling to request an appointment. She takes medical insurance which is a bonus. (she was) 15 minutes later she comes out and apologizes for not realizing that my appointment started 15 minutes ago. She thought it started a half hour later than it did. Ok fine, it happens. After the appointment, the therapist doesn't give me any guidance on how often I should be coming in (it was for a medical condition), and the receptionist does NOT offer to schedule my next appointment. Confused, I say I'll call to make my next appointment. I finally get around to calling a week and a half later, and I make an appointment for the following Tuesday at 10am. I receive a follow up call the Friday before to confirm, which I do. I call again on Tuesday, because I didn't put it on my calendar for some reason. The receptionist basically tells me "what appointment?" Now I know I scheduled SOMETHING with a therapist by the name of Kyle, but she shows absolutely NOTHING on her calendar for that week, or even last week (I asked in case I had the week wrong). She then tells me that Kyle has an opening the next day at the same time (10-11am). I tell her I'll take it. I show up at 9:45am the next day and I sit there. She says hello, but doesn't ask me about my appointment or anything. 5 minutes later Kyle walks in. (I know it's him because she calls him by name). He goes into the office and starts doing whatever it was he was doing. At 10am he walks out, and into a massage room, again fiddling with something. Not a word to me about the appointment or anything. Not an "I'll be right with you" or anything. At this point another client walks in and sits down. at 10:07 (still 7 minutes past the appointment time) Kyle walks out of the massage room, and calls the other client in! Ummm......what?!! I ask the receptionist "who I am scheduled with? I thought it was with Kyle?" To which she replies "from 11-12." Say what? And you couldn't have told me this earlier? Did you think I just really wanted to wait in your lovely waiting room for over an hour? I tell her I can't do that appointment time, so just cancel it. She says "ok. sorry." Seriously. That's all you've got to say to me? Never ever going there again. I get that mistakes happen, but the Customer Service STILL has to be there. I expect to be greeted by the receptionist, and asked my name so she can verify my appointment. I expect that if you have a client scheduled at 10am, and you're NOT ready at that time, that you go to the client and say at the very least "I'll be with you in a few minutes." I expect that if someone comes in for a medical appointment, that the therapist at the very least tells the client the best treatment of that condition, such as "we should probably see you 2-3 times a week for a few weeks and see if you see any improvement." and I certainly expect the receptionist to at least ASK me if I'd like to schedule my next appointment before I leave their office, because let's face it, how many people are going to proactively call YOU to schedule something? If you want my business, you should probably be scheduling my next appointment right after my current appointment.

She was recommended to me by someone in her office building who knew I was struggling with neck, back and arm pain. After having children my body was just trashed---from the pregnancy, delivery and from nursing them to sleep at night while falling asleep myself in very uncomfortable positions. Anyway, I had been to a chiropracter after suffering from what was becoming a habit of getting chronic neck kinks and had very little luck after 5 visits and was told everything would eventually heal on its own--which it didn't. By the time I got to Connie my arms were starting to go numb and I felt like I was sleeping on a block of cement at night. Connie worked on my whole body--to restore overall balance--3 times and I cannot begin to describe the difference that it has made in my life. My neck no longer hurts and I can again sleep on my side without my arms feeling like they've been drugged. Environment was not very professional. You see kids running around, and people operates with more motel like management. (and the feel of the office too) Now why is this a 1 star business? I had a terrible experience with the the billing of this business. I called ahead and asked them about whether my insurance will be covered. They didn't say it definitely will but asserted with confidence that they work with Aetna all the time and I don't need a doctor's note for that. Ok, great! I scheduled two sessions in the next two weeks. On my second visit, when I just enjoyed a wonderful massage and walking out, they informed me oh sorry your plan is not covered.. Here's some packages that might lower the cost blah blah... Four weeks later I got my startling $180 for the service. I called and asked why don't you tell me about the fact that my insurance was not covering the cost at least before my second visit. She claimed that's how she works and she's busy (she sounds much nicer than the words but that's basically what she meant). Since insurance was the only reason I chose them, this is a big deal. For $90 a session, there's a tons of wonderful places that I could've gone to instead of this location. She's nice enough to hold a conversation albeit she does not budge on any ground. She thinks she did a perfect job and sorry if I'm not happy with the bill. Nothing she could've done better. I said: "As a customer, I expect you to clearly tell me what my cost would be given the fact that you claim that there's a chance that the insurance wouldn't work right?" She would only stress on the fact that I didn't check with my insurance to make sure that it's covered. There's absolutely nothing better they could've done. The fact that I was informed that my insurance does not cover the cost while walking out of the second session make the entire experience really scam-my. Feeling like being baited by the insurance claim they made.
