It had gotten worse over the weeks, and the muscle spasm spread to where I had difficulty moving my head and turning my body. I tried stretching and massaging it myself. I tried tools and massage devices. I asked friends for help. I tried ice and heat. I tried medicine and rest. Nothing worked. The pain got worse and my movement got increasingly restricted. (Hear the violin playing yet?! Lol) I am on a tight budget so I was trying to hold out, but finally I chose to prioritize health and wellness, so I researched several physical therapists and massage therapists, and Lily stood out to me. Afterwards I was able to pick out the different combinations of scents to go into my lotion. I chose to have Lisa do my massage. I got the 80 minute 5 senses massage. Lisa had great reviews, so I felt like I would be in good hands. She made sure my bed was nice and warm when I first laid down. She was very thorough asking about the sort of pressure I needed and any additional special requests. I have really bad knees, so she worked around them and her pressure was just perfect with all of the areas she massaged. I loved getting my hands and feet wrapped and the heated neck rest was really a nice touch. I walked out of there feeling like I was on a cloud. Lisa is the best! I'll definitely be back.
