It had gotten worse over the weeks, and the muscle spasm spread to where I had difficulty moving my head and turning my body. I tried stretching and massaging it myself. I tried tools and massage devices. I asked friends for help. I tried ice and heat. I tried medicine and rest. Nothing worked. The pain got worse and my movement got increasingly restricted. (Hear the violin playing yet?! Lol) I am on a tight budget so I was trying to hold out, but finally I chose to prioritize health and wellness, so I researched several physical therapists and massage therapists, and Lily stood out to me.
