When I started working with Brianna I was at the lowest point in my life! My name is Misti. I'm a 40 year old mother of 4 (I have a 7 year old, two 5 year olds, and a 3 year old). When I was 8 years old, I broke my femur bone and was down for about 9 months. Since then I have struggled with my weight. Throughout my life I have tried all the diets, all the exercise plans, all the things that were supposed to help me lose weight, but to no avail.
