For starters, it was during the electionand he went off on conspiracy theories and voter fraud when I couldn't respond nor had I even started a political conversation. It was kind of weird and socially inappropriate. On one occasion when I came for my appointment, he was taking a little snooze behind the front desk person. I found that very unprofessional. Why not go into a private office for a rest instead of making us feel worried that you are sleeping on the job in between patients? But I ignored all that because the Groupon was a good deal and I thought I was getting good care. A few years later and I have had multiple dentists x ray and tell me how badly done my implant and my crown are. The crown had an overhang that was causing gum recession. The implant is not in straight, not well seated, and smells like decay by the end of almost every day. I have to floss super well every night or it gets worse. The crown recently came off and there is decay underneath so I'm glad that it came off and I'm having a vetted and trusted, albeit more expensive, dentist redo the crown and do it right this time.

My hygienist was very kind and accommodating. I waited 30 minutes before being seen which she apologized for and gave me a $5 gift card to Starbucks which is nice (but speaks to the high cost of operating this place). She seemed to listen and did a good job cleaning my teeth. 2 stars is for her. My dentist smelled of private equity and a complete disinterest in people he doesn't relate to. He recommended up-charged toothpaste, and up-charged filling material after explaining basic dental hygiene before asking about my existing habits. Then gave a treatment plan with high cost and high urgency. I received a second opinion from a lower-overhead dentist who had practical equipment and no comfort menu or drinks to speak of, but the same service was offered at a much more affordable price and much of what was itemized by Holladay was included in the overall cost from a well-regarded dentist in the area. My personal cost-incurred was around 1/4 of what Holladay quoted. He knew he could have come in at 7/8 of Holladay's cost and would have won my business but he charged for what I needed and committed to monitoring the rest as they were not of immediate importance. If you drive a Range Rover, require luxury in everything you do, and enjoy lighting money on fire, I'd recommend Holladay. If you drive a Toyota, require practical, affordable dental care from someone who takes pride in providing to the majority of the population without the frills, I'd look elsewhere.

I have had fillings fall out, they have had to re do their own poor work, we did several rounds of Invisalign lingers which ruined my natural bite reduced my lower mouth space and has caused me to constantly repetitively bite my tongue which has caused me a lot of pain in the three years sense we did the Invisalign. I HAVE NEVER HAD LESS CONFIDENCE IN MY SMILE. In my last 4 visits combine the "Doctors" have spent a total of less than 15 minutes conversing with me about my concerns and even when I raised my concerns I was told he didn't have time to spend on me because he had to get back to a procedure that was scheduled during MY APPOINTMENT SLOT. They have also ruined my husbands mouth. They have cut in to his gums so many times and HAVE CAUSED SO MUCH INFECTION AND PAIN and destroyed his gum lines to the point he now requires reconstructive gum surgery, he has also had to have fillings redone because the sub par filling materials they use at this facility are defective, and The last straw was on my last visit they made me wait in the waiting room for 25 minutes after my appointment time because again Main "Doctor" had scheduled a procedure DURING "surgery" MY APPOINT SLOT. NONE OF THEM IN THE ENTIRE OFFICE VALUE NORE RESPECT THEIR CLIENTS TIME NORE DO THEY CARE ABOUT THE WELLNESS OR THEIR PATIENTS. For these reason I recommend all future perspective patients BEWARE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! If I could give a lower rating I would.
