I hired Kenneth last year in August. I had a stained concrete done on my pool deck. He explain the product as a concrete medium in where he will layer my existing concrete to level it on and then stain it. It was great, at first. Around the 3rd day, some started to chip off and certain areas cracked open. I also noticed that some of these concrete fell on my pool floor. Some are still there. His crew also ruined part of my front yard where they rinsed their tools off and left a layer of cement on the side where my outdoor faucets were. They also left droppings of concrete on my driveway. He then explain that he will create expansion joints to stop the cracking. His crew showed up with a circular saw and started to cut lines on areas of my deck. All chopped up and not clean. I real definition of a hack job. I will have pics of everything he did. this was a $6000 job that I got hosed on. he also tries to blame my dogs peeing on the concrete for ruining the finish in where he didn't have to refinish if the cement didn't crack. Worst company ever!! 1 Star is 1 to many. The floor that they did at my house started having problems right away. Called Kenneth and he came out. He promised a resolution, but never delivered and starting avoiding my calls! BUYER BEWARE!! Also check reviews for Holland Custom Floors. Same company, same terrible reviews. read more

After using Kenneth for 2 huge projects, polished concrete on a 2 story penthouse condo in downtown & a 4 car epoxy garage in Lakewood, I am well pleased with his work, service & attention to detail. Used Holland Concrete for a project at my home in March and April. Kenneth and his crew was great. They always showed up on time, from the initial bid to completion of the work. They were here bright and early each day to get the work completed. I had him do a pretty large driveway extension as well as pour the foundation for a large detached garage covering 1200 square feet. The footers and support bars all were very well suited to build my garage. Holland's price came in very competitive to my other bids. They also did a good job of clean up and grading the ground from any tracks (we had some wet weather so tracks were a part of it - but they cleaned it up). They even repaired a sprinkler line broken from some of the heavy equipment. I would recommend them if you need concrete work! read more

The owner (Kenneth) made an appointment to meet me and discuss a driveway repair. Not only did he FAIL TO SHOW UP, he FAILED TO CALL and WOULD NOT ANSWER his phone when I called to inquire why he missed the appointment. A contractor who treats his customers with such disregard can not be trusted with your repairs. read more
