Holland Farms - Milton, FL What happened to making a post that the car/license plate you blasted on Facebook was not a part of some theft you alluded to? Why did you delete the comments on it saying it was a PUMPKIN you were referring to? Paid for 13 people to get into a pumpkin patch, all including pick-your-own pumpkin. The "stolen" pumpkin was right next to several employees, carried father than 4 football fields to the parking lot, past two crossing guards and YOU who laughed when you saw it and didn't say a single thing about taking too big of a pumpkin/not that one the whole way to the car. Not once were we told we were taking a pumpkin we weren't allowed to. And yet, police show up at my door at 4am. Apologizing for having to be there over something as crazy as a paid for pumpkin from a pumpkin patch. They told me you would provide a different pumpkin if you could have that one back, but I've yet to get one? So actually Holland Farms jacked my $15 and has left me pumpkinless. Your post got well over 400 shares and many screenshots were posted. You have no idea what people could decide to do if they see my car in town, the level of misinformation you put out there could literally put people's life in danger these days if someone wanted to "get even for ya". I guess it's pick your own pumpkin, just not that one. read more

I thought it was Amazing!It had a very enjoyable train ride.I loved how there was rides for adults and kids.And my my two top favorite things were the animals and the big slide on the floats. But the restrooms were porta potty's and they were nasty and I know they can't flush and they can be bad but it was outrageously disgusting I almost threw up in my mouth.But apart from that I loved it. Just next time go to the bathroom before you go in.Also very long line to go to the porta potty.And there was no soap and I do believe there was no working sink.I would advise to bring hand sanitizer especially if you are germaphobic. Apart from that don't eat there food someone found a worm in their peanut. Get ready for the zip line it will sometimes hurt. But my top favorite thing was the horses bring 5$ if you want to ride one. The corn box if you have a kid bring sand toys.That is all thank you! read more

Holland Farms has the *potential* to be fantastic, however, it's extremely clear that they cannot handle the quantity of guests visiting. Starting with the tickets for entry, the line wrapped inside of the building and all the way outside near the entrance to the activities. We were stuck choosing between waiting 30+ min in the sun or ordering them online, but paying a "convenience" fee (of course). When it was time for a break, I planned to grab drinks from the machine located outside, however, it was out of order. After standing in the food truck/concessions line outside for about 20 minutes and not moving an inch, I gave up on anything to eat and opted for room temperature beverages from the coolers inside of the main shop. There was one worker inside the food truck doing everything- cooking, prepping orders, and cashing customers out. The line inside was being serviced by two workers, one of whom could only accept credit cards. The kids activities were good and there was quite a lot of variety. The sunflowers were lovely as was the pumpkin patch. The activities, flowers, and pumpkins are why this location held onto two stars for me. I am understanding that COVID has truly affected things and that there is a worker shortage. For the fact that it was $42 for 2 adults and a toddler to visit, they should easily be able to offer a competitive wage and get more employees. read more

This pumpkin patch is very unorganized, lacks employees to direct patrons, broken or out of order riding toys and games, and overall not worth the money they charge. I've been taking my family here for the last 3 years and usually enjoy our trip. This year however, was not nearly as enjoyable. With so many employees hanging around, you'd think the activities would have some organization, but they are pretty much a royal rumble. Another minor aggravation was that we've never had to pay for the sunflowers we pick, and were not told we had to until we were leaving. The girl who informed us about needing to pay for them could have been much nicer as well. A simple sign in front of the entrance that labeled items with their costs would be very easy and helpful. The price has also risen to the point that I think we will look elsewhere for our Halloween pumpkin outing. Such a bummer because we did enjoy the farm in previous years. read more

It's an okay farm. I went towards the end of the season so the weather wasn't as hot. I think they go until the 2nd of Nov. It's a good place to visit for older toddlers/kids so they can run around and ride the attractions. My pre tot did well but didn't really do any of the rides (train, horses, mule ride-this was kind of sad to see the small mule pulling people but just my opinion. I'm sure they're strong) She loved walking around the pumpkin patch and loved the playground area. Bring plenty water and snacks for the kiddos. The food option is very poor! I got fries that tasted like cardboard. They have little store in there with local goods that looks pretty good and reasonably priced. Our admission included a pumpkin each I think overall was a good value. I'd come back when my tot is bigger. The sunflowers and pumpkins which are good photo op locations were going bad for the most part probably because it was near the end of the season. If we came early in the season it would probably have been way too hot for my little one. read more

Sorry if this is a bit harsh as I am rating it a 2 star from my past experiences in other pumpkin patch farms in California. Just moved to Okaloosa county in August. Prices for entry are pretty expensive. Extras are pretty expensive and not worth it. Not much food selection. Corn maze was massive and the only reason I gave it a 2 star instead of 1. Not much entertainment for the prices. And this is coming from someone who is used to pay California prices! read more

Great place for family fun! I kinda wish there were more staff walking around to show you the "flow" of the farm... we weren't sure where we could walk or what we could do. But with that being said when we asked, the staff was super kind. Absolutely gorgeous scenery. I'll be going again! Bring sunscreen, there's not a lot of shade. read more

Our family loves Holland Farms. It is a tradition of ours going on five years now every year they add new things for the kids to do. every year we are so excited to go. The kids have the best time and you can take amazing pictures throughout Holland Farms. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

A nice outdoor farm area, great for families with little kids. Upon arrival we were directed to parking spots by workers. Then a short walk to a building to purchase your tickets, this building also has pumpkins for sale and jar goods like jams. At the checkout you could get wristband that included everything for $10, which included your tickets to get your pumpkins. We got the bands. Then we were offered a complimentary bowl of boiled peanuts in either regular or cajun, I got the regular and they were really good. The farm grounds had a lot of activities for the children to do such as: sand pit for scavenger hunting, a giant spider web for climbing on, seesaw x 2, haystack with a slide, small pirate like wooden playground with a slide, a zip line, a small corral with 2 horses for horseback rides, a pony pulled cart for rides, bouncy saddles, peddle cart speedway, large balls to bounce against each other in, and more. They had vendors out there too - shaved flavored ice, cotton candy, and food truck with hot dogs, hamburgers, fries and more. The hayride I was told lasted about 20 mins and halfway you could get your pumpkins and pick sunflowers. We didn't go because several people saw huge spiderweb and I have a fear of spiders. There was also a corn maze that we were told took over an hour to complete, we didn't do that either. There was a sheltered area for respite and bathroom area. My 2 year old had a great time, but I think young children of any age would find a lot to do. Nice place for pictures. We ended up staying about 2 1/2 hrs. Great time! All the workers we interacted with were very polite and showed patience with the children. read more

This is always a great place to take the family during the fall. It's a big farm and everyone is able to space out pretty well. It can get crowded in their store at times. We drove 40 miles Sunday to Holland Farms, because we were told, on phone, that they had green peanuts that were NOT jumbo. After we got there, I asked where they were and was told they only had jumbo. When I told the lady what we were told on phone, she said, very rudely said, "I told you, we only had Jumbo." She was not the person WE talked too. It was a very young person, and this lady was older. Why lie to me! I bought the nuts anyway, which was a big mistake, the shells are Hugh with very few peanuts in them. The worst peanuts I have ever seen, so bad we threw them out. Never again! read more

Their pumpkin patch was pretty fun. For $8 a pop you get a tractor ride, pumpkin, and kids activities. Their zip line was pretty awesome, the kids were loving it. The little shop gives everyone free boiled peanuts after your purchase of a wrist band for activities. It was worth the drive from town. Pumpkins in a real patch still on the vine. read more

Bah-Humbug! We have never encountered a business like this one, where the employees feel at complete liberty to insult customers. The Christmas event was priced on the Holland Farms website at $55, which includes the purchase of a Christmas tree. When we got there we were advised that we should have looked on Facebook for the updated price of $65 for our family instead of relying on "old information" on their own website. We even pulled up their website on an iPhone so they could see the $55 price they were advertising, but they stood their ground, blaming us for not going to Facebook to see the updated information. This was not just one rude and condescending staff person, but several at once! These people are confrontational, and they don't seem to have a clue about customer service. They actually changed the price on their website while we were there, after claiming it couldn't be done. This was far from a quality experience. We regret leaving a tip for the hayride. I predict several of these employees will find lumps of coal in their Christmas stockings. There is no Christmas spirit at Holland Farms. read more

When we purchased our tickets the lady was rude not friendly at all ,the corn maze was run down , didn't quite know what trail was what, lots of brush, and weeds. The hay ride wasn't operating, just felt like it was overall a waste of money and not a good experience. Will not go back. read more

Bad customer service! I was very disappointed as I love to support our local family farmers. I prepaid for three entrance and the day we were to go out two of my children had started vomiting. After all the sickness passed I called to see when we could come out to use our passes. They refused to honor them. I had very sad children and lost out on all that money that they had already pocketed. NEVER PREPAY THEM. I will be spending my time and money next year going to the corn maze and pumpkin patch at the other farm down the road from them. Sweet Seasons Farm has a lot of the same activities. read more

First time here and we enjoyed visiting. The pumpkin patch was great, our little ones enjoyed walking around finding the perfect ones. I wish the store sold more stuff, like maybe more jams and maybe seasonal items, like scarecrows, bags, desserts and other items. There were fun things to do, the zip line was a nice touch and the pirate ship swing set was our little one's favorite. We will definitely make the drive out from Niceville again. read more
