Terribly run company. Awful customer service. I had to call them 3 times and email twice before I got answers about a property. They do not follow through. It is like their office is run by morons. They did so many things wrong that I cannot even list them all: -They did not call when they said they would -I had to track them down to get answers -They are rude and insincere when there is a problem -The house was not cleaned well when we rented -Many of the lights did not work - we had to go buy lights to not trip outside in the dark! -There were problems with the house that the company knew about and never told us about in advance (appliances did not work) -They have no one available to help after hours THIS COMPANY IS DOWNRIGHT AWFUL!! read more
