One of the owners has a giant white board that he updates I believe every week with a suggested work out schedule. I have yet to try it out as I have my own work out regiment, but I thought that was pretty cool! It had 4 different room, a front weight room with weight machines, a giant free weight room, a class room, and then a cardio room. It also has tanning, a sauna, and two very nice showers. I also love that you have the option of 24 hour access for a very small fee. Another great bonus, you're not locked into a contract. You can end any time you would like which is awesome (Not that I plan on leaving anytime soon.) If you are looking for a gym that isn't too crowded, with friendly staff and at a great price. I have had 2 sessions with Craig Stassio and I'm not exaggerating when I say it has already changed…read moremy life. I have had chronic low back pain for the last 18 years and have seen multiple doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, fascia body workers, mental health professionals of different styles, acupuncture, the list goes on. I've tried yoga, pilates, running, swimming, stretching, different strength training and none of it helped at all, in fact, most of them made my pain far worse. After hearing "nothing is wrong with you" by so many professionals I accepted that the pain may never get better. I discovered PRI and the more I learned the more I found similarities in my symptoms. Simio is a 2.5 hour drive from me but I am so incredibly grateful to have them and the drive is nothing compared to the results and pain relief they have provided me. I no longer have to use any pain medication, I can stand all day at work with little to no pain (where before I would be in near unbearable pain the entire time), I am virtually pain free at home. The best part is that with the reduction in pain, my mood has improved and my energy and space for others has vastly improved. I am so thankful, and I'm only on my second visit. I am so hopeful for the next steps and will update after I complete my therapy with Simio.

They helped my daughter and niece have a great experience bringing their bears to life. Heads up... the girls working are VERY GOOD at up-selling and will try to up sell you literally every extra thing that they can... like a heart that beats, sounds for your bear, smells for you bear, outfits, hair accessories, shoes and last but not least... a backpack to bring your bear home in. Phew They got me good. I'm a sucker. ‍‍ Anyways, the girls love their bears and I would recommend as a memorable activity or gift.
