Lloyd, the owner, was out at our home within a day or two of my first call. Lloyd is an absolute professional. Extremely polite, easy to talk to, and kept my wife and me informed throughout the entire process. He set up traps at both entry points and caught the intruder, but what really impressed me was the repair work. He went above and beyond and didn't just "trap it and leave," he even went to Lowe's to get supplies needed to fix the damage on both sides of the roof for good. He replaced about 8-10 feet of soffit on one side and added flashing to the other to seal everything up properly. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of labor and materials involved.
