They kept texting new times and dates without a conversation and when the day came for the actual appointment no one showed up. We rescheduled and were given a time frame- the person came 40 minutes early and I was working and not available...instead of doing the outside first the technician cancelled. The STRESS and FRUSTRATION is not worth it. I have cleared out closets and moved furniture around for service not to be provided.
