Turned out that Ehrlich has been just as solid as Liberty, and I'm thrilled that I stayed. Every year, I sign up for the comprehensive plan, which has done an amazing job of keeping insects out of my house. There's always once a year when yellowjackets or wasps build a nest in the soffit outside - I call Ehrlich, they zap it, and the bugs are gone for good. I also have them spray at the beginning of fall to keep the stinkbugs out, and that has worked 100%. Technicians are amazing and professional, and aside from their antique approach to online bill pay, I wouldn't change a thing.

The afternoon before the inspection, I get a text from someone named Dan from Terminex that he would be doing the inspection because Erlich was short of inspectors and I should call to schedule. When I talked with Dan, he could not accommodate the time I needed and told me the inspection would cost $500! I spoke with four different people from Erlich and Terminex and no one was authorized to help me with the pricing or scheduling issue. Scam company.

The person came 3 weeks early, left a note that no one was there for the appointment. They kept texting new times and dates without a conversation and when the day came for the actual appointment no one showed up. We rescheduled and were given a time frame- the person came 40 minutes early and I was working and not available...instead of doing the outside first the technician cancelled. The STRESS and FRUSTRATION is not worth it. I have cleared out closets and moved furniture around for service not to be provided.
