Not exactly from my personal experience and perspective. I genuinely wonder whether his clients have any perspective on how he treats the human beings on the other end of the transaction. We had an absolutely atrocious experience with Walter when we sold our last home; he was acting as the buyer's real estate agent for the transaction. When we arrived at closing, Walter had the audacity to show up late to both the walk through & closing, then proceeded to falsely accuse us of stealing *our* TVs, which clearly were not included in the contract. The whole thing was preposterous & entirely unethical. Our realtor, who I have known in a professional capacity for many years, was absolutely beside herself, although she's is historically not one to be easily shaken. Unless you are okay with Walter "representing his clients" by telling tangibly false lies, bullying people to get his way in the 11th hour, behaving unethically & sorely inconveniencing the other party present at the closing table, I would strongly encourage steering clear of engaging in real estate transactions with him in any capacity. This man is neither an ethical nor humane realtor based on my first-hand personal experience.
