Ok listen.... I'm not the most social and extroverted person out there, so it's tough to work with people..especially strangers. However, working with Michael was such a pleasure! Mr. Kocher has zero integrity. He was the realtor for the buyer of my home. He took advantage that I was deployed overseas. He robbed me and added things in the contract that was never discussed with my husband. He sent me the contract instead of my husband and I trusted that he wrote what was discussed, but he added things that I didn't know about, like the fact that I had to pay the buyer $6K!!!! And that I was responsible for maintenance of the lawn, while I was deployed! My husband wasn't even living in the area! When my husband confronted him, he basically said, well she signed it... I learned my lesson, but the fact that Michael Kocher did what he did, doesn't make it okay. Michael Kocher doesn't care about the military members. I highly recommend going to another realtor.
