When I was looking for a realtor to sell my home, I came across AZ flat fee and was intrigued. I researched them, had a meeting with Katie and was still a little skeptical. Once I figured out that they are incredibly affordable, I started to get really skeptical. I wondered if the pictures would be nice, if they would get it on Zillow and realtor.com and social media like they said they would, and most importantly, I wondered what their level of customer service would be like. When somebody is potentially saving you upwards of $15,000, you start thinking that it's too good to be true. Well let me tell you, I am living proof that they are most definitely not too good to be true, and they live up to everything that they say they are and more. Our west valley home sold incredibly fast (within 3 days from listing!) and for $20,000 over asking.
