They told us that was all they could do for us. Well that wasn't satisfactory so I called the manufacturer Wolf and they told me to use Gidley Appliance. Wow, so glad I did. Their communication was great. Jonathan arrived when he said he would and got right to work. He really got into finding out what was causing the problem. It wasn't easy, but he was certainly up for the challenge. Our home is new, so is all the appliances. If I ever have a problem with any appliance I will be calling Gidley Appliance FIRST.
