We decided to shop local so went to Fase-Kaluf. Maria helped us when we first looked by showing us machines in our price range. When we were pains and said we were going home to check out the consumer reports on the different models, she was not salty about it. And when we came back in 2 days to buy a machine, she was helpful again, both in helping us make the purchase and in scheduling delivery. It was delivered in 2 days, and has been delighting my husband ever since. (It's an LG this time, and sings a little song when it starts and stops. Cute, right?)
