We took it in and said, can you change the oil and do a once over on it, fix whatever needs fixing. The warning lights for the oil and 4 wheeler were not in place so it needed a little care. $220 later we pick it up and the lights are still not in place and the oil looked dark through the viewing window. There were a few new clamps on the hoses and a new boot. The unit holds over two quarts of oil... we drained it, it was filthy and only one and a half quarts of oil. So needless to say we did the work ourselves and never recommend Wayne's. They stole our money.

I can purchase the same part from Ford all day long for $1100.00. $571.00 markup is excessive. Also there is nothing indicating only a genuine Ford part was required. In addition he charged a 3.5% credit card fee not advised until the work had already been done.
