But the worst is that an outlet in the kitchen had clearly caught fire previously - and there was not even an attempt to clean up after the fact, so I have to imagine the underlying electrical issue wasn't addressed. On top of all this, a week or two after they moved in, we received an email saying they had literally nobody employed for maintenance. A month later and none of the problems were fixed, even though tickets were put in immediately upon move-in. These are slumlords. Management is lucky I don't come up there and literally shove the lease up their asses.
