I've lived here for 1 year and from the start maintenance has been disrespectful, they will walk right into peoples apartments, they threw away my daughters kiddy pool. anytime you call and need something fixed they complain about it and the office is completely fine with treating people like trash. 0/10 would not live here again. read more

Neighbor across the hall has sold drugs 4 yrs here and one almost died in the hallway at 4am. They had to give her narccan however you spell it anyway they revived her. He still sells drugs. It's been five months since she almost died and I've made a complaint when I renewed my lease two months ago and he still gets away with it. I've moved from Columbus five years ago to these apartments. They keep letting things go. My next door neighbor had his window broke by kids in the apartments across the street two months ago. Plus kids run down the hall knocking on our doors n run away plus use fire extinguisher all thru the hall n stairway. But yet they don't want to get cameras I've suggest it. Plus we had a neighbor who beat his chick in front of new born. And busted out the fire door window with his fist n had blood gush on all the steps from it. Luckily they got rid of him read more

Boyfriend and I both filled out app. $50 per applicant. We paid, no problem (although in the app it said $40 per applicant) but we did not argue. Paid the money. Then, he was approved but I was denied due to "an error message she's never seen before" apparently someone used my credit when I was a minor. Makes no sense, my credit has never been an issue before. I've rented in New Albany for 3 years, in one of the best complexes in the area, got a vehicle. Never has been a problem before... neither of us have a record and we have squeaky clean rental history. We were willing to pay everything up front that day. She (her name was Jessica) has us get a $200 money order to secure the apartment before telling us the app was denied. Filled out the money order and everything then tells us not to worry about it. It was an ordeal getting it refunded. We were pretty discouraged and upset at this point and then she slams the door in our faces. Extremely rude. Took it personally that we were upset, even though we were nothing but respectful to her. When In the parking lot filling out the app there was a man that opened our car door and mistakenly thought we were there to buy drugs. Made us super uncomfortable. Sleazy community. So surprising to me the people that occupy that place but WE got denied. We are a nice couple with our first child on the way and we were treated poorly. Also, when we asked if my boyfriend could just be the co-applicant since he was approved she said no because since I was denied I wasn't even allowed on the property. I'm super confused by this. If this is an actual policy, then just wow. Mind you, my denial was because of a credit issue and not a crime or something. Seriously bewildering. Couldnt even rent here. I've owned my own home for 8 years and am getting a divorce. Because of this my credit score took a dive and I was denied! Never had an eviction, ever. If I had good credit I wouldnt be trying to rent now would I? It's not like this is a classy complex, it's one of the oldest in Marion!!! read more

This place is beyond a dump. When my mom moved in there was drugs being sold right outside her apartment and even the repair guys were doing drugs. She asked them to come and spray to remove the bugs in her apartment and they told her that she had brought them in. They're also telling my mom that she has to pay for the exterminator to spray for her apartment even though it's managements job to take care of it. I don't think she should have to pay for something she didn't cause, it's not her fault the stupid bugs are there. I wish somebody that knew how to take care of apartment buildings better was running this place! I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy living there! There are more bugs in these apartments then there are people, gross! read more

Since I moved in I've had to deal with maggots, millipedes, very disrespectful neighbors, and a hole in the ceiling that has been there for three months now and management is aware of the situation yet won't take the time to fix it. If your looking for a nice place to live you'd be better off in your car than to come here. read more
