What makes this experience one that I will surely never call this business again is the attitude this guy had. He very succinctly told me I was too late for today's delivery (fine, I understand) but then asked me where it was going? As if that would make a difference. He should remember that his job or maybe his business has to have good customer service. At least say "I'm sorry, but we aren't able to get flowers out same day." No, very gruff and apparently doesn't need the business - took my $250 budget elsewhere.

We received flowers from someone that used this flower shop. The flowers were already dying upon delivery and smelled awful. The accompanying greens had soggy, slimy stems the next day. The arrangement literally was a supermarket bouquet dropped into a vase without any attention to arrangement. I went ahead and removed the decaying stems and clipped up all the remaining stems and made my own arrangement with what was left. Sending flowers is pricey these days and this should have been better. We also had a similar experience a few months ago...except the flowers came in a bag and therefore were arranged with thought but didn't last long. I am sad about this review. Really, I am.

I searched around get well arrangements and decided to order a "Deal of the Day" arrangement to be delivered the next day. "Send a custom arrangement designed by an expert florist." it said. I was willing to let them use the flowers that they had in stock to make a nice arrangement, and I was not disappointed. The arrangement was beautiful! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that I was kind of surprised that they did not call me to discuss it, but that was not really necessary.

The website comes with a warning saying that if they are out of a flower or it isn't in season that they will replace it with flowers of equal value, however I think they failed with this bouquet. I never would have bought this arrangement, let alone spent $100 on it if I had seen it the way it actually was.
