Rebecca is my audiologist and has handled each challenge I have faced with professionalism as well as courtesy and kindness. I would be lost without my hearing aids. And the best part is they come in a large range of colors other then skin tones! I wear my PURPLE ones with pride and will tell you they fit very well and work as promised. Then she essentially told me to check myself that I was imagining things (not verbatim but the message was clear). All this probing ended with her saying she couldn't perform an assessment and I should go to Kent. Could have just started and ended with that ma'am. Got off the phone and realized how inappropriate and uncomfortable that entire situation was. If you want someone who actually believes you and will provide help, don't go here.
